Super nice and safe area, would definitely recommend staying here!!

We had a great time! Subway is a 10-minute-walk away, the neighbourhood is quiet so great for sleeping!

Location is great close to two subway stations. Considering nyc prices this is a great choice to be just outside manhattan since it’s super easy to get into the city. Place can get hot when it’s warm but fan helps. Lots of rules but just be an adult and nothing to worry about but you can tell that have had some dummies stay with them. They are super organized and it works well

It’s not just his place but Doug himself was a great host. He tries very hard to make your stay comfortable and has great ideas for places to go and things to do. His place is immaculate.

Very easy to find, cozy apartment very close to lots of public transportation options. Veronica was very friendly, Desi was beyond adorable. I would definitely stay with Veronica again if I have the option to do so next time I need to go to NYC.

Trey and Tammie's place was very nice! Located in the neighborhood of Bed-Stuy, it has easy access to public transportation and other amenities. Both were very communicative and ensured that there were detailed instructions on getting into the place and the room you reserved. Attentive hosts and a nice place in Brooklyn!

I had an amazing stay at Christopher's Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was full of great spots to eat, grab coffee, and explore. Check-in was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout my stay. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Cherisse was a wonderful host during my stay in New York. She's lovely to interact with, and I loved hearing her stories. I always came back from my day to a clean room, and though at night you could hear sounds from the street she offered earplugs for me to use. I personally did not need them, but I appreciated her consideration. Staying at this place felt like I was staying at a friend's house - I didn't feel like just a 'customer' to her, but I felt taken care of which is something you don't always find in an AirBnb or even at a hotel! I plan on staying with her again the next time I visit New York City. I do want to emphasize that NYC has unique rules for Airbnb's, so do read the house rules so you have a clear idea of what you're booking. This will make your stay much smoother with no gaps in communication. I look forward to booking with Cherisse again in the future, not just as someone who's staying at her place, but as someone's who's now a friend.

Amazing place to stay — (2 of us, did not cook, etc while we were guests) clean, spacious, no detail overlooked, comfy bed, great location, nearby restaurants & coffee shops, renovated, perfect place to rejuvenate after a day of activities. I had such a lovely stay here during my trip. The location in Putnam was super lively and felt very local, in the best way. I especially loved grabbing a coffee from the nearby coffee shop and drinking it in the private backyard to the sound of the morning birds. Also, only a 10 min walk to the C train to Manhattan! The apartment itself was the perfect size for me, with a full kitchen and fridge which made it really easy to cook when I wasn’t dining out. The private entrance and multiple security doors made me feel really safe, which I massively appreciated as a solo traveler. I did all my communication through Linda, (co-host) and she was absolutely lovely. Warm, friendly, super responsive and had some great food recommendations that really made the trip feel more personal. It was a smooth check-in and she happily accommodated my later arrival which I’m so thankful for. Honestly, I’d 100% stay here again next time I’m in NYC. Made great memories I’ll cherish forever.

What a place to stay! If you’re looking to book somewhere full of exquisite furniture, immaculate vibes and a very comfortable bed, we can’t recommend this place enough - we already can’t wait to come back! Our stay at this charming Airbnb exceeded all expectations. The place was immaculate, thoughtfully appointed, cheerfully styled, and very cozy. It was better than the pictures. India was so kind and gracious, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless visit. The place is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Definitely recommend.

Romel was a great host, I remember I was about to park my car at a garage and he told me about all the ample parking in the neighborhood and it's all free. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of stores to buy anything in case you forgot something like we did. Tons of bodegas around for good, cheap eats. We had our car and it was easy to explore the rest of Brooklyn from the apartment, but even if you don't have a car there's a L train stop nearby to make things easy to get around NYC as a whole. Next time I visit Brooklyn I'm going to stay here.

Brian's place was exactly as described, and a perfect home base for our family of 3. Very clean, comfortable, and in a wonderful part of Brooklyn. Felt at home -- we would stay again!

My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the amazing home of Peter and Jess! It is so welcoming, beautifully laid out and has every amenity a guest could need, plus extra thoughtful touches. Check-in was a breeze, the home was immaculate and our bedroom seriously had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Having the rarity of a backyard to enjoy - especially in Brooklyn - was such an added bonus, and they went out of their way to welcome our dogs! The location was perfect - everything you could ever need, including restaurants and shops, is in walking distance. We were able to find nearby parking throughout our visit. The privilege of being guests in their beautiful home for the weekend of our son's wedding added so much enjoyment and comfort to such a celebratory event!

Wow! This was our favorite stay in Brooklyn ever. Yang and Su went above and beyond — they were flexible with check in and the place had incredible amenities. They thought of everything — from games, beverages and snacks to house slippers and phone chargers. We gel right at home and didn’t want to leave. We both felt relaxed and peaceful as well as right in the midst of everything in Park Slope, close to Prospect Park and subway. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in BK!

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!
