A very safe neighborhood for walks. You can ride the train directly from Penn Station or JFK to the apartment. We have an apartment wide Next Generation HEPA Filtration System to protect against viruses.

Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).

Comes with 1 bed in bedroom and 1 sofa bed in living room area. 1 Bdrm, 1 bth, EIK, liv rm. The kitchen has a refrigerator, 2 electric burners and microwave. For anyone looking to be by NYC but not in it, this apartment is a 30-40 min ride from the city using public transportation or about a 15-20 minute car/Uber ride.

We reside in the house and are available at all times. You have private access to the entire top floor with 2 bedrooms (queen/ double), air conditioning and overhead fans, skylights, sitting areas, and a European spa bathroom with claw-foot tub, overlooking our garden and trees.
