Monthly Rentals in Brohard

Absolutely loved this little apartment. It was very clean. And very much in the heart of downtown. It was in walking distance to a lot of sights. The neighbor next to the apartment was very loud the first night though up to 4am which was a bit disrupting to any sleep but it was better on night two. Enjoyed the stay and would go back for sure!

Cute little house in a quiet neighborhood. Very nicely furnished. Close to shopping and easy to get to off the highway. Jim was very nice to converse with. Will definitely book again if available.

We loved our stay! Rhonda and her husband Greg were very welcoming, friendly, and responsive! The cabin was gorgeous and set up beautifully. It was exactly the peaceful getaway we were looking for. We enjoyed our time outside with our dogs and loved exploring the nearby area. We definitely plan on coming back!

Phenomenal place to stay! The pictures don't do it justice the interior is really nice and well-decorated. Hot tub works great + location is private (right off a road w/very light traffic + kind of tucked away in a corner). Unfortunately my trip dates didn't line up well with Folklore's hours of ops but I was able to walk over for a bite shortly before departing; the inside of the restaurant is so cool + the sandwich & chips were delicious. Krista was very kind and courteous when we met at the restaurant. Location is centrally located to lots of places in the area we flew into Columbus (2h45m drive) but Charleston is just 1hr away and New River Gorge NP is under 2hrs away. We enjoyed lots of beautiful drives on windy rural Appalachia roads as we drove to/from this rental to various spots. Downtown Spencer is right down the road... it's small but cute with some fast food options nearby plus a coffee shop (Backwoods Ramblings) that we really loved; we went all 3 mornings we were here!
