Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Brighton, Brighton and Hove

This was a lovely, very comfortable place to stay. Leigh was very bright, cheerful, kind and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel at home and made very welcome. A perfect host and a perfect place to stay. It is close to the sea and lots of cafes and restaurants. There is also a good bus service to Brighton town centre. Best place to stay.

Jake and Nadia were communicative, friendly and clean hosts. The room was exactly as described, and they were helpful while also giving us our space. We would definitely recommend them based on our experience.

A lovely little flat right in the middle of the laines. We had a great stay. The flat is gorgeous and the hosts were very accommodating with some really nice treats left for us. The ladies at the Flower Pot were also super friendly and helpful: thank you so much!

Everything went very smoothly. The flat is compact but very well designed, with everything we needed (even down to the extra utility space with washing machine). I'd been told that parking can be a bit competitive nearby, but the host supplied a digital permit and we didn't have a problem finding a space, usually finding the one just outside the flat available.

Three of my friends and I stayed at Maxwell’s Airbnb for pride weekend. It was a last minute booking for a central apartment over looking the city. His responses were very quick from initial booking all the way till the end of our stay. The flat was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a weekend getaway. Thank you Maxwell for letting us stay there!

Excellent host - gave us his couch also for the night. My only comment and nothing to do with Gianluca, is that parking is very expensive. However Gianluca did warn us about this and advised to park at the train station - might be worth noting for anyone else in the future. Again thank you Gianluca very kind host

We had a lovely long-weekend stay at Jodie’s along with our family, including grandchildren. The house was spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. Our two year old grandson was thrilled with the array of toys: so much so that he wasn’t too keen to go out! But venture out we did - walks along the sea front and into the surrounding countryside, and then cosy evenings back at the house in front of a log fire. Perfect way to spend family time.

What an amazing find Barn Croft is! Rodmell is so pretty in the early summer - and we we were able to go on so many different walks right from the front door We got an amazing welcome hamper from Ali & Tim and felt at home straight away - they also checked in on us during the stay, which was kind. This eco home feels very cosy with lots of wood and natural fibres everywhere - just like the pics. The beds were comfy, the only sound was birdsong and everything was clean and user friendly as expected. The house manual was a great help and also suggested lots of cool places to explore. Angel the cat is very sweet - she needs feeding quite a bit, but there were plenty of instructions on her likes and dislikes. We found it was best to top up her food before bedtime. All I all we had such a restful time in the corner of Sussex and would love to come here again sometime.

Perfectly located on the Brighton-side of Hove, within walking distance to the Lanes. Great cafes very close. The house itself is lovely - very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable! Free allocated car park is a huge selling point. Thank you for a great stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hanna's apartment for a period of a month. The moment we arrived, the house felt warm and welcoming, setting a positive tone for our visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect home base for the three of us. The house was very convenient, with everything functioning perfectly. At the back, there’s a beautifully sloped garden that feels like being surrounded by nature, along with a charming summer house ideal for days with nice weather. Even though our stay coincided with cold and stormy weather, we still appreciated the garden's atmosphere. The designated parking area was also very helpful, especially when we rented a car during part of our stay. In summary, we lacked nothing, and our stay was very pleasant. It truly felt like a home away from home. When we return to the area, we will definitely try to stay here again.

We had a brilliant weekend in Ferring. Weather was perfect, house was perfect, beach was perfect, Bluebird cafe was perfect. Added bonus was the Indian restaurant just outside the back garden gate delivered our dinner to the garden. Low tide was early afternoon which was ideal, we were able to do some investigation in the rock pools and managed to find crabs, fish, prawn looking things and an eel. Thank you for letting us stay

We had a great stay at this house. It was spacious and well-suited for a family, with a nice garden and loads of toys that the kids really enjoyed playing with. The layout made it easy to relax, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was quiet and peaceful, and access by car was straightforward, with parking nearby. It's a good spot if you're looking for a calm place to stay that still offers convenience. Overall, a solid option for families, especially with young children. Everything was as expected.

Lovely welcoming hosts and very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Would definitely return. Bus into Brighton and Hove is super convenient, basically on the doorstep.

Fantastic stay at Matt’s house. He was extremely helpful - letting us check in early and check out late, setting up a single bed for our son and helping with parking queries etc. Really recommend for families looking to stay in a great home and a really family friendly area right by a playground, loads of cafes and a quick and easy walk to the beach. Thankyou for accommodating us at short notice - would definitely stay again.

Great stay, would highly recommend. Great value for money. Only issue would be cooking appliances... one small frying pan and sauce pan only, no spatula... however, we made it work with what we did have to use, so it was not an overly issue for us at all. The price of the property and what it had to offer is disregarded this minor fault. supermarket across the road this is ideal. Communication is super fast! Thank you for accommodating.

Ziggy is a great host. She is extremely feiendly and welcoming. Her place is similar to the description and the photos. Despite not being very central, the location is great as there are plenty of buses to Hove and Brighton within a short walk at any time during the day. Also very close to the train station (to London Victoria !). I fell in love with the Jaccuzi bath. The direct access to the garden from the room is also enjoyable.

Hayley has been an amazing host from start to finish with great communication and very helpful. Hayley’s place is a little gem! Very cosy and homely in a really convenient location.

I had such a lovely stay at Janet’s place! The house was beautiful, and the view was absolutely stunning. Janet was incredibly sweet and friendly — she offered great recommendations and was always happy to help. The location is perfect too, close to everything you need. Brighton itself is a gorgeous city, and staying here made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Ryan’s place was just what we were looking for. Apartment is very clean & modern, with a lift & private parking, would definitely recommend Ryan’s apartment if you’re in the area.
