Feels like a proper holiday staying here with the beach right on the doorstep and the sun trap garden. Lovely little home, comfortable and with all the essentials as well as a fab location.

We stayed here for my friends hen do, it was in a great location and a great size for the 14 of us. It never felt too small for us, and there is plenty of mirrors, perfect for getting ready!

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the beautiful Driftwood. We were very lucky with the weather so took full advantage of the balcony area watching the seafront and everything going on. The house was spotlessly clean and there was a lovely welcome message, wine and biscuits waiting for us on arrival. The house is exactly as described and as per the photos and the views are amazing. Lots of extra little touches make it feel very homely. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Simone was the perfect host. Clear arrival instructions, very proactive with excellent communication. Simone was able to offer us an earlier check-in which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend a visit to Driftwood!

Our stay at Jane's lovely home was outstanding. An incredible location in Brighton and perfect for our group. Jane was the most lovely host and very responsive to any of our queries. We hope to be back!

Beautiful house and felt like a real home from home. Beds were very comfortable and ideal for our family (4 adults, 1 child, 1 baby). The property has a stunning kitchen area and the whole house is decorated to a very high standard. Everything available you could need (all the little basics) and more. Lovely touches like a welcome pack including a bottle of Prosecco, biscuits etc. This is probably one of the loveliest properties we have stayed in and so conveniently placed halfway between useful shopping area and the beach. Local park nearby for children too and parking for up to 4 vehicles behind a large secure gate. Only criticism (although minor) is the windows would benefit from blackout blinds as we all tended to wake up early due to sunshine streaming in despite blinds being drawn. Thank you Karen for a lovely stay - would highly recommend this property for family holiday /get together and we are very likely to return.

Super host with a gorgeous home. Very proactive and helpful. Would definitely check if it was available before booking anywhere else for our next visit. Lovely peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle but only a short bus journey to/from the town centre. Highly recommend!

I stayed at West Pier House with some friends for my 40th birthday. The house is in a fantastic location, close to the station, even closer to the sea front and 10 minutes from The Lanes. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Cat and Andy were great hosts, easy to contact and very amenable. So I chose this house! Thank you both!

Great communication with the owner. Had an excellent stay with my family for a couple of nights. Indoor pool was enjoyed by all. Ideal location with Brighton only 10 minutes away.

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

The perfect place for a choir group to enjoy a few days singing by the sea When I heard about Warner Wood I knew it would be ideal for a choir trip. We had a wonderful few days there singing, swimming and socialising. The property is huge with plenty of rooms to spread out into and full of character. The kitchen was well equipped and big enough for us to enjoy collective cooking and the coffee machine & frother made heavenly coffees. With both a piano and an electric organ it’s perfect for a group of musicians - though non-musicians will find plenty to occupy themselves with too. The place is full of delightful touches including a relaxing sunroom, lots of great games, even a telescope. We all loved the swimming pool which was warm even in March! The location is perfect - just a few minutes from a lovely beach and a short walk into town. Other comments: “I was super impressed, wonderful character!” “loved the relaxing atmosphere in the sun room and the heated pool was perfect"

When I booked I did not realise it was Pride weekend. Great vibe in Brighton, but was relieved to be slightly outside the hustle and bustle. The apartment worked well for us. We love to play tennis and utilised the public tennis court across the road. The busses into Brighton is frequent and 24 hours. A freshly baked vegan banana bread with butter and almond milk was waiting for us on Check in and a lovely red wine. Communicating with Susan was so easy - answered within minutes. Will stay here again.

We had a lovely holiday… a lots of things to do and our kids really enjoyed it. Fiona was very helpful and taken all my worries away. A lovely caravan with all amenities. Would love to come back at some time…

The house is as described, large and airy, with doors onto a fabulous garden on several terraced levels. We particularly enjoyed using the basement cinema and the children loved the outside swimming pool. The dining room was great for family meals and boardgames. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and feel very special, and having the ensuite bathrooms is brilliant. Jason was very helpful and very responsive when we messaged him. We had a great week despite some very dodgy weather!

An ideal location during an excellent summer week for me, my wife and our family, including young grandchildren. Welcoming, with excellent and extensive facilities our host made every effort to make our stay an enjoyable and relaxing time. Edwina responded promptly when we had a question and made it clear she would be there, if we needed any assistance. The description and numerous photos left no unwelcome surprises, we were very pleased with what we found. A generous and thoughtful host. A beautiful area with a range of activities, to suit all ages, supported by a peaceful home with plenty of things to amuse and entertain you if you want to chill out in between days out. All round great success.

This place was such a welcome find for three male cyclists on a road trip, so I'll describe it from that perspective. Mike clearly understands what is important to a cycling group, from the washing and drying facilities (so important as we had a rain day) to the facilities to prepare and cook food. I slept so well in the smallest of the doubles, really lovely room. Close to a Coop for essentials and Mr Cycle close by replaced a mates spoke first thing Saturday morning. Mike is a get communicator and everything was lovely. would highly recommend if you fancy a stay in Seaford.

Had a great weekend stay in the funky house! Clean and tidy with great funky decor for lots of photo opportunity’s. The host was very responsive to messages and was there to greet at check in. It’s a great location to go into Brighton without being right in the hustle and bustle.

Had a great stay here. Everything was as described and it was immaculately clean. Comfortable and all that you need for a great stay right near Brighton. Some really good information and recommendations in the guestbook too.

2 Steyning Road was Lovely Beautiful I would recommend coffee tea for the customers because a lot of people would notice that Lucy provided a lot for the place for cleaning products but tea and coffee would make a customer very happy. I would recommend a table and chairs as a supplement because we can't take chairs from the living room and kitchen and the outdoor lounge does not permit it. Also I believe Lucy should interact more with the customer because anything could be needed in check in so regular phone calls or emails would be appreciated after booking. We left a nice feedback in the guestbook and We will come back again as we miss the place already. We are hopeful that the place will be available when we try to book on airbnb. This little cottage is a hidden gem. It is so comfy and cosy and so very stylish. We would happily move in! The beds were super comfy, and the host had thought of everything you could possibly need to make the stay easy and feel like a home from home. Highly recommend you stay here.

Andrea’s place in Brighton was absolutely outstanding—by far the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Every corner of the apartment was spotless, fresh, and clearly well cared for. It made the whole experience feel extra comfortable and relaxing. Beyond the incredible cleanliness, the space was beautifully set up, fully equipped, and in a great location—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but still nice and quiet. Andrea was also a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Brighton!
