This architect designed retreat is a perfect for couples or young families. Surrounded by pine trees you will stay in a secluded side annex to our main family house. The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.

Brambles Pool Terrace Spa

Located on the edge of the South Downs National Park near Brighton, Brambles Pool Terrace Spa is a private terrace on a south facing slope, with a series of log cabins and a gazebo with BBQ and Pizza Oven. The Spa cabin has a Finnish style hot tub and sauna, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a separate poolside toilet and shower. Brambles is ideal for access to Brighton, Glyndebourne, Brighton Marina, Seven Sisters and a fabulous place for remote working.

This renovated, stunning three bedroom converted barn sits on an acre of private land complete with a piece of private woodland and seasonally heated outdoor pool (1st April-mid Oct.), fenced for safety. (pool is closed mid Oct-end of March) The barn is accessed by a private driveway, situated away from the road. Valewood Barn is a special retreat featuring original oak beams throughout. The cosy log fire make it the ideal place to relax after taking one of the many walks on your doorstep.

The property has three double bedrooms, a twin bedded room and two further bedrooms which can be configured as twin or double as required. There is a large lawn area as well as three large fields and woodland, in which you are free to amble around and appreciate the beautiful countryside.

The Studio @ South Lodge Cottage

We are pleased to welcome visitors to our 1 bedroom self-catering studio apartment, sleeping 4 people, situated on the side of the Downs in the Southdown National Park overlooking Findon Village. (73 SqM / 785 SqFt living space). Views and easy access to Cissbury Ring, the second largest Neolithic flint and iron age hill fort in the UK, Chanctonbury Ring, a prehistoric hill fort, and the Downs gallops of Gifford’s Racing Stables.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
