The living area (above our garage) consists of double bedroom and a toilet/shower room. A kitchen can be accessed via outside steps. A car is essential for this location. Many walks (including the South Downs), pubs, vineyards, the sea and other sites of interest all within a short drive. Great base for Knepp, Arundel, Goodwood, Kinsbrook, Brighton.

This architect designed retreat is a perfect for couples or young families. Surrounded by pine trees you will stay in a secluded side annex to our main family house. The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.

Features a wonderfully boho open plan area, a big bedroom, a shower room, and a sofa bed for two extra guests in the main room. Expect a quality mattress, cotton sheets, vintage textiles, delicious interiors - and a comfortable and unique experience. Plus a sofa bed in the living room for extra guests. Free parking is available in the street.

A clean and modern loft space for two, with access to a large 2-acre garden, heated outdoor swimming pool, and outdoor lounge areas. (Outdoor areas shared with other guests and hosts). Separate from the main property, the space comes with an en-suite bathroom, with bath, a small kitchenette, TV/Lounge area, double bed, and views overlooking the gardens. The main house is our family home and second B&B space, a host is always available on site and other guests may be staying in the main house.
