House holiday rentals in Brighton, Brighton and Hove

This is the second time we have stayed at Corrina’s holiday home and once again we found it to be squeaky clean, very well equipped, peaceful and a great location. The garden is home to a family of foxes, who were so confident, that they sunbathed on the lawn whilst we were sitting on the veranda. Corrina made us aware of check in details in very good time and left a number just in case we needed assistance, which I’m happy to say we didn’t need. The surrounding area is so lush and green, this time of year, and there is always plenty of interesting things to do nearby. We will visit again next year, but hopefully for longer this time. Thank you.

Jane was a brilliant host. Responsive, professional and very friendly. The cottage was clean, had everything you’d need and more! The pool and hot were definitely the highlight! Thank you for a lovely stay :)

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

This is an accurately described, beautiful home in idyllic countryside. The house is spacious and very stylishly furnished with vintage furniture and artwork. Ideally there would be one or two more bathrooms with showers - we knew this before staying of course - it just means more planning of showering with a larger group of people staying. We especially loved relaxing in the garden room with the gorgeous views of the garden and rolling hills beyond. We were incredibly lucky with the weather so definitely made the most of having a pool and pizza oven and BBQ. And we picked fresh figs off the tree by the pool, delicious! The kids loved the trampoline and table tennis. Enzo was great and prompt at communicating with us. We appreciated the local recommendations - we enjoyed lunch at the Jolly Sportsman, coffee at Cafe du Jardin and a mooch around all the antiques shops in Lewes. A very comfortable house to enjoy with three generations of our family.

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay. While booking I didn’t realize that there was no cooking range at the accomodation . We wanted some eggs for breakfast, Miles was extremely helpful. He made some mouth watering scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Miles for that.. really appreciate it . The surrounding place is extremely peaceful and scenic. Cedar House is simply stunning. Beautiful gardens and surroundings, very comfortable and spacious property with everything you need. The pool and spa are a delight and I couldn't recommend highly enough. Kelly as a host is great as well, good at responding and clear with information, nothing was too much trouble. Overall, a brilliant place, would definitely recommend.

A beautiful house in a lovely location. Fresh air holidays were quick with all communications and very helpful when i had questions. This house had everything we needed and was fabulous for a family break for 9 of us

so peaceful. Amazing pool, just what we needed in the heatwave we had. Heron cottage was amazing, everything we needed. So peaceful. great places to visit, great pub 10 mins walk away. Chequers on the green. will definitely go back, hosts were good, Peter and Kate were lovely, nothing to much trouble. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place to be.

Tamsin was great and responded very promptly. A lovely welcome basket was appreciated after a long flight as well as an early check in. The house was perfectly located between town and my family so we could get everywhere without a car as parking is not easy in Brighton.

Jane was a lovely host, cosy apartment and perfect for a trip to the seaside.

We had an amazing stay for my Husband’s birthday and the property did not disappoint! It was so beautifully decorated and very clean. Laura was also a fantastic host and answered all questions immediately. Thank you so much for giving us such a great weekend and for the extra surprise gift for my husband. We had the best time and will definitely be back soon.

Lovely stay in the flat - place was clean and tidy and felt right at home. Buses are within a 5 min walk so getting into Brighton town centre/beach by public transport was easy. 10/10 would stay here again

Lovely, cosy house with everything I needed for an enjoyable work trip to Brighton. Super-quiet despite being in the heart of Brighton. J was helpful and responsive. Hope to stay here again the next time I visit Brighton!

Great place to stay for our group holiday, house was tidy and Mark was response when asking questions. Location is a short walk to the seafront. Parking was easy and bedrooms were decent size.

After the nightmare of our other Airbnb in Brighton that we booked, James was like a knight in shining armour. He really helped us out of a tight squeeze by providing his property to us with only an hours notice. When we arrived at the house there was a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, along with fresh fruit and flowers. The property was spotless and only a 20 min walk from the pier. His communication was fantastic and I can see why he has been rated so highly. I cannot rate him or his property highly enough and would definately stay there again on my next visit to Brighton. Deuxième fois que nous logeons chez Carly, appartement très joli avec le charme (et les petites défauts) qui vont avec ces maison typiques. Sommes toute très bien, avec une mention excellente sur la propreté, et les petits extras sur place (capsules de café, gel douche et Shampoing). Carly est très réactive et disponible. Joanne was very quick with replies and the communication was always very friendly and helpfull. The accommodation was clean, cozy and very lovely. It is in a nice and quite neighbourhood in an buzzling and very colourfull city, full of good vibes. We travelled with kids and the accommodation was perfect for that. The small „garden“ was a nice place to hang out. A nice place to be. Thank you! Hope we will be back.

This accommodation was perfect for our long stay in Brighton. It was in a central area close to lots of cute pubs and also only a less than 10 minute walk to the seafront. It had all the facilities we needed like a washing machine and dishwasher. The host was extremely helpful and offered lots of advice. Would definitely stay there again.

Clare's Wohnung ist eher ein kleines Haus, das für drei Leute sehr viel Platz bietet. Die Küche ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet, die zwei Terrassen sind sowohl morgens als auch nachmittags sonnig. Alles liegt herrlich im Grünen, das Zimmer im 2. Stock bietet einen herrlichen Blick in die Landschaft. Sogar frische Blumen standen überall bei unserer Ankunft. Lewes ist eine sehr hübsche Stadt 10 Minuten entfernt mit Cafés, einer Burg und netten Geschäften. Volle Empfehlung also für Clare's Unterkunft!

Benjamin’s house is extremely convenient. It is a spacious house whilst being very cozy. It’s equipped with everything you need which was great for travelling with a family. The house is perfectly located, close to everything including train station without feeling too busy as the house is quietly tucked away. Benjamin was a great host and I highly recommend this airbnb.

We had a fabulous few days staying at Talita's stunning home. The house is more spacious than the photos suggest and the garden was lovely to relax in. The location worked well for us as a family, as we could relax in the house and walk to restaurants overlooking the sea. For more exciting activities located in Brighton, the buses were a short walk away and frequent and convenient. One tip I would suggest is booking a private parking space so you don't have to worry about paying and moving the car. Transport is easy to use and takes the stress out of travelling. Hopefully we will be able to return one day!

We loved our time in the 8 Queens Garden: lovely furnishings, excellent kitchen, very nice beds with hotel linens, great shower, all with a sweet private interior court "yard." Coffee, a pint, and the shops of the North Laines just around the corner.
