ik heb zeer genoten van mijn verblijf bij Simon, het appartement is gezellig ingericht, je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt voor een langer verblijf, het is er rustig en op een perfecte locatie ten opzichte van de stad en de zee.

We had a wonderful night away in the jungle apartment! The space was gorgeous and really well decorated. We only stayed the night but would have loved to have stayed for longer! Bed was comfy enough, amenities were fab, the only downside was the shower was a bit temperamental and awkward to use. It didn’t damper our stay, however! I booked this place to celebrate my partner and I’d engagement after proposing in the Brighton, the city that we first met 4 years ago! Thanks so much for hosting us, Vanessa. I’ve now left with a fiancée!

Firstly, June was a good egg! Lovely lady and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She was always there if we had any questions or needed anything. The flat was literally perfect for a couple of nights away. Clean, everything was new. The whole place was comfortable, bright and airy with an amazing little roof terrace to sit out on and have a morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Loads of lovely little bars, cafes, shops, etc. within a stones throw and the beach is across the road. Its our first time in Brighton for 15 years or more and we were blown away by how nice the place is. Great shops, bars were all heaving, amazing vibe, great crowd. Honestly, the whole weekend was just what the Doctor ordered and we will be back. P.s, the bed was so comfy too!!!

We have stayed at Doug’s place several times and always enjoy be there. We love the location as it is away from the noise and bustle of central Brighton but within a few minutes walk you can be in the centre. Also, there are lots of little restaurants and cafes just around the corner. This is not the bleak corporate let that you sometimes get, it is very individualistic and quirky and we feel right at home as soon as we arrive. Doug is very easy to deal with and always responsive. This would always be our first choice when going to Brighton.

Lovely flat & in a quiet location but easy to walk to everywhere. ( a few hills here & there 😊). Perfect stay for a family wedding which was on the bandstand on the promenade. Would recommend 😊

We had a fabulous stay, only wished we had booked for longer, we didn’t want to leave. Jayne was warm , friendly and made us feel very welcome. The flat is very stylish, clean and comfortable, in a very peaceful leafy street. There were many thoughtful touches including a very much appreciated and delicious welcome hamper. The location and flat had everything we needed, exceeded expectations and we loved the vibrant independent shops, restaurants and bars.

Great location with a character. We wanted a cosy place further away from Brighton for a few nights and this spot didn't disappoint. Our goal was to hike the Seven Sisters route and the Southwick train station was just a few minutes away which was perfect. It's a pub remodelled as a guest apartment with a kitchen, a cosy coffee corner and a view to the shipping port. It's on a pretty busy road, so it can get loud, but it didn't bother us. The host was available and proactive - we received good sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. Thanks to Stephen and Fiona!

Lovely, clean and well equipped house in perfect location in Brighton close to all the restaurants and shops. Communication with Joe was great and really appreciated the possibility to check in early to drop off our bags as we were traveling from all directions. Great stay and would recommend!

We loved the small house. It was exactly as described and was more than well equipped. There was tea, coffee, even milk. Nothing was missing and very clean.

Really lovely little house right in the centre of Brighton. Very clean and had everything we needed to make our trip lovely. Host was super helpful and provided us with all details before we had to ask. Really great time.

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay at Greg’s Place in Brighton! I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Greg’s place in Brighton. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The flat was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — the perfect blend of charm and modern convenience. Greg clearly put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming environment, and it showed in every detail. The location was ideal — just a short walk to the beach, great local cafes, and the vibrant lanes of central Brighton. Whether I was out exploring or just relaxing at the flat, I felt completely at home. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the space was surprisingly quiet given its central location. Greg was a gracious and responsive host, offering helpful recommendations and making sure everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. I truly appreciated his hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again — highly recommended for anyone visiting Brighton!

Beautifully clean and well presented home, super close to transport links and in walkable distance of everything we wanted to do and see with our four kids. Lovely touches our kids really appreciated: paper and drawing pens and children’s books left accessible. We also enjoyed a lunchtime steak and chips at a recommended local restaurant. 10 of us had a brilliant weekend and would highly recommend anyone staying here. Perfect location. So much to do. And Ricky as a host was really accommodating / lots of communication throughout. We all had a great time & would stay again.

Eleanor and the property were fantastic! We had to alter the reservation due to scheduling changes and Eleanor was incredibly accommodating. The residence itself was exactly as described, and if ever back in Brighton would gladly stay again.

Such a great stay here; it's a lovely spot, comfortable, well equipped and a great location - Maxine was a terrific host with excellent communication.

This was the second time we have stayed at Simons wonderful flat and hopefully it won't be the last. A beautiful flat in a fantastic, peaceful location with an ocean view and a balcony. Everything you could want, highly recommended.

Even though there was scaffolding surrounding the entire building for external painting work (out of the hosts control ) the flat was exactly as described and great value for money. It was spotlessly clean, great local recommendations brochure and we had a good nights sleep. The only slight downside was the communal area, which smelt of damp and looked very tired.. again out of the hosts control. The local area was great, very Brighton, a cool and vibrant neighbourhood . I felt very safe leaving my car parked up the top of the road (£7 for 4hrs which I timed to roll overnight ) and moved it to neighbouring streets over our 48 stay. The beach was literally at the end of the street and the Brighton Lanes were only a 17 min walk away along the seafront. My partner and I would recommend Charlottes place to everyone and we will definitely book again

Just enough space for 2 for 2 nights! Lots of amenities provided to make stay comfortable. Parking provided is a street over but day permits can be purchased to allow for parking outside property. Be aware lower vehicles may struggle with free parking provided! Will was very accommodating and willing to help, great host.

We enjoyed our stay at Jack's place! We were also grateful to be able to check in 3 hours early to drop off our luggage before heading out to explore. The space was clean, comfortable, and quite walkable. There was also a small Tesco grocery express just outside our door, which was convenient. Jack was a communicative and friendly. Would stay here again - thanks!

Katherine’s place was lovely. The views were amazing and we had so much fun there. The place was also well situated and we felt safe throughout our stay at Brighton. The kitchen was also well equipped and we managed to cook soup which was nice for the weather. Highly recommend staying at the location. Just do take note that there are steps to the apartment :)

It was such a restful stay. We really enjoyed our time at Lise's place. She was communicative, friendly, and helpful throughout. The place was spotless and comfortable, and the sea view was wonderful. Thank you!
