Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Brazos River

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Oliva's! Cute little space and I loved the common area/patio for people to hang out in and chill amongst the plants. Clean, spacious, comfy bed and bedding! Also many things within walking distance. It was a treat to get to visit a little bit with Oliva and her friendly neighbor! I'd definitely recommend staying with Oliva, and I would love to come back and stay again the next time I'm in San Antonio! Thank you again Oliva!❤️🌞

This stay was absolutely the best! The most peace I've gotten in a while and the home was amazing it had everything we needed!

Jessica was an outstanding host - responsive communications, sometimes a response within minutes! Clear instructions and she came and met me to give me the keys and explained how to get in and where things were. The venue is delightful and full of great features including a gym and wonderful pool area whilst the apartment had all the modern conveniences you could want. Just perfect for my visit to Dallas and highly recommended.

Will definitely book again! Our favorite pub is just downstairs and there are plenty of places in walkable distance, even a CVS which was very helpful! Like others said, the check in process seemed confusing at first but the host provides very clear instructions so if you follow those, you’ll be totally fine. The apartment was clean and well decorated with a balcony that provided a great view. The bed was AMAZING - some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. Included parking is a huge plus, especially if you plan on walking around downtown. Can’t wait to visit again!

Johnny was a great help. He responded very quickly. I run into a little trouble & Johnny was able to help me fix it. I see why he a “super host”

We needed a place to stay after selling our house and before moving out of Austin a few days after. The location and house were great, and Molly was very responsive, flexible and helpful!

My family of 7 were fortunate enough to be guests at Timothy’s listing and it was superb. Check in and entry was super easy, the home was spotless and fully stocked as advertised. We never had to look very far for the essentials, nor the simplicity’s (coffee, tea, ketchup, etc). The pool was a safe haven from the Texas heat well kept and welcoming. We used the kitchen and living room most; we felt right at home. We loved this listing and hoped to make it one of our favorites to help us enjoy Dallas. Thank you Timothy!!

The home was great, absolutely stellar host and I would encourage anyone to stay here! But this trip was just about fishing so I have a few comments that might help others if bank fishing is your primary goal. If you're looking to catch smaller fish for eating, then this location is ideal. The pier that extends out to the water is both a huge positive and a potential negative. It allows you to cast out further if you want to, but unfortunately since it's right in the middle of your fishing area, fish can easily swim into the legs of the pier and get wrapped around the pier legs with the line potentially getting snagged or broke. I lost an incredibly large fish due to the long pier, but it was still an incredible experience to have such a large fish on the line. There is no doubt, if the pier was not there this would be a premier location to bank fish Lake Tawakoni. When I come back, I may bring a boat. :)

Great house and the view was amazing. There wasn’t anything close but to do unfortunately and due to the lake being so low, there was no real lake access in the area. The only close food place down the street was closed the whole time we were there. House offered a lot and was very comfortable. There wasn’t anything close construction going on across the street and next door that took away from the peacefulness but that is no fault to the owners. We enjoyed ourselves with what we had. It was nice to just getaway. The pool and pool house was a hit with my kids. Overall it was a nice stay.

Kids loved the house, hard trouble getting them to come with us to the lake will all the fun they were having in the house.

Elisabeth’s place is peaceful, very private and beautiful. The home is unique and very spacious, bigger and better than described. The artistry and design put into the house is very impressive. The land is secluded and very quiet. There was something magical about this place. We played the grand piano every day, drank our coffee on the porches and balconies and took baths in the claw foot tub. Wimberley is an adorable town with great restaurants and shops. We loved Longleaf and Creek House for their craft cocktails and wonderful menu.

Had an awesome stay in The Austin Texas House! The place was super clean and comfy, and the location was perfect!!! just a short walk to our favorite restaurant. I got to meet Chris and he was super friendly and welcoming, plus we got to meet his sweet dog Mika too! Really appreciated the hospitality. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

Really enjoyed my stay here ☺️ Sitting on the patio at night listening to the crickets, frogs, and the occasional car drive by was worth every dollar spent. The host is amazing! They responded to my questions in a timely manner and offered a variety of streaming services to sign into. Looking forward to booking this condo again 💜

The AirBnB was very nice and peaceful. Easy to get around Azle and is close to Forth Worth. Larry is helpful and a fantastic host. Would definitely recommend this place!

Everything was great from the rapid replies to the easy instructions. The only thing that bothered me was that the main bedroom restroom had some sort of splattered mess on the wall between the toilet and bath. Other than that, great place and great host.

This place was perfect for our family and it was definitely as advertised! The view is breathtaking and access to pool and ocean was so easy! The game room was an added perk too! The host was responsive and friendly! Would highly recommend! We would book this place again!!
