Campsite holiday rentals in Brazos River

Very cute and clean home. We didn’t get to explore as much as we would like since we were there for a track meet but there are nice parks super close by.

We had a great time! Jim was super helpful and welcoming and the campground was beautiful. Lots of stuff to explore and friendly people. The camper was perfect and just like the photos and description!

What a fabulous place and stay. We will 100% be coming back annually. Our 6 year old daughter got to wake up, walk outside and pet horses or feed bunnies by hand. I can’t recommend this place or Helen enough. It’s an absolute gem and unique experience!

I loved the private entrance that we could access through the alley. Was quick to get in during the hailing thunderstorms! Which were often during our time there. Was quiet and enjoyed looking up at the stars at night with the front deck. They had clear instructions so it was easy to check in and check out. Jason and Meredith were very responsive. Great hosts highly recommend

This is a small but very cozy home, the RV is super cool and very clean. But the best part is the location and the amount of space you have to just relax and look at the beautiful Brazos river flowing, lots of seating areas, grill to cook out, fire pit would be nice in cold weather. We where in Waco for work, but when off we felt like we where on vacation. I know exactly where we will stay when we are out again.

Good people, It was awesome speaking to them and being in their space they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Thankful for the kindness to my child as well who is very new to traveling and meeting new people. Everything is explained and how to use. Clean and not overwhelming, the farmers market and a great restaurant across from the bakery. They have a spice shop down the street as well. Pleasant neighbors and quiet. Amazing place - beautiful getaway, 10 minute drive to local BBQ, wineries, and more! Will be back to visit again. Tammy is one of the sweetest hosts and provides great local recommendations!

Wildly exceeded my expectations! Jinny was a dream to work with and took complete control of setting up our Teepee in a spot that she was unfamiliar with. Our beds were super comfy and clean and can’t wait to have another Teepee-night-out again!!!

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. They consistently went above and beyond in many situations, making it a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place!

Judy was a wonderful host. She makes you feel right at home. It is evident that she takes pride in hosting you. It was the perfect place for a long weekend family getaway. Lots to do outdoors and a very relaxing place to rest at night. It had truly everything we needed. The beds were more comfortable than we expected for an RV and she has thoughtful details to make you cozy (fans for every bed, extra blankets, pillows, blackout curtains). The pool, kayaks and lake area were great amenities to keep our family busy and outdoors. It’s well set up and thoughtful.

Our stay at Adam's place was absolutely wonderful! Adam was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had, making the experience seamless. Finding pet-friendly Airbnbs can be a challenge, especially for our large dog, but Adam's place was welcoming dogs of all sizes with open arms. The space was ideal for bringing our pup along, allowing him to roam freely and relax in the yard, safely enclosed by a tall privacy fence. We really appreciated this! The outdoor area was fantastic! We visited Austin during one of the hottest weekends, and the pool was the perfect way to cool off. While it was too warm for the hot tub at night, we made the most of the pool at night time as well! The location is unbeatable—close to the vibrant energy of Congress Street, yet tucked away enough to feel secluded and peaceful. In addition to Congress, there were plenty of other great spots nearby to explore, making it an excellent home base for an Austin getaway. Highly recommend!

Kerry is a wonderful person and joy to talk to. The trailer has everything we needed very neat and clean. The quail were wonderful to watch and listen to. My dogs loved the outdoors and property was very nice. I hope to stay again soon and bring my son who lives in Indiana to see the hill country soon when he gets a vacation.

Looking for a true Texas camping refresh? Get to MEMMIES FARM! Serene surroundings, flowing river near a huge Cypress tree, super private with both shade and sun for your vitamin D fix! Port a potty’s and outhouses are an awesome plus for tent campers! Ellie was the sweetest host meeting us at the grounds to welcome us in and get settled, answering all of our questions! We got to swing in our hammock, cook over a fire, star gaze, swim, play music, and our dogs absolutely had the best time! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you Ellie! I needed this peaceful little vacation more than you know! It was PERFECT!

This place was the perfect get away for my partner and I. We came to enjoy the river but got an experience with this place. Annette and Robert were very tending of our needs and even set up a fire that we could enjoy in the evening. We were in pure bliss.

This was my second time staying here! I love this place so much. The groundskeeper is SO kind, and the airstream is very cozy. You are provided with coffee, tea, and a continental breakfast (milk, yogurt granola, orange juice, baked goods). The extra touches to the stay make this place all the more enjoyable. The pool is my favorite part. You can sit by it and read or go for a nice swim. As always, I’ll be back!

Very nice place to stay, the comforts of a a camper but there was also a nice outdoor space. Our daughter also loved seeing their chickens they had on site (we never heard them not noisy). They also provided farm fresh eggs in the fridge which was nice to have available. The location was secluded enough but only 10min from town, making it an easy access location. They also provided plenty of movies and games we could watch and play as a family I would stay here again when we’re in the area.

The night owl bus was perfect , it was an amazing getaway for me and my girlfriend to relax and unwind in for are small summer vacay !

It was our second stay & just as perfect as the first time! So much great stuff to see in the area. We went to the longhorns caverns this time & it was so cool! Always a great time at The Slab! The cowboy pool was a great evening cool down while we got ready for s’mores. Then an awesome nights sleep! It’s so peaceful!!

Beautiful location! It was very private and quiet and the front porch was the perfect spot for your morning coffee! This place had everything you needed and more! Definitely worth staying!

Brandy was very kind from the time we made the reservation until we left. During our six months here from Japan for work, she provided us with the best and most wonderful time of our trip as a way to make some last memories with our friends. We were so happy to be welcomed from the moment we arrived. Everything we wanted was there and we had no problems. She even sent us a video on how to use the kitchen before we arrived. She is a wonderful host. Thank you for giving us an experience that we couldn't have in Japan! Brandy!! You are the best host ever! Even though you are far away from Japan, we will never forget you. If we have the opportunity to come here again, we would love to see you again!

A little boy's dream! I stayed here with my two grandsons aged 7 and 9. They loved everything! The outdoor area of this one is great. I loved the chair down by the tent at the creek where I could sit and watch them play in the creek. They loved swinging from the trees and the racoon that stopped by after we had been cooking on the campfire. The wildlife here is abundant. The boys also enjoyed the Ninja Course just steps away. A GaGa ball pit was installed while we were there and they loved that and played several times. I highly recommend this one for families who might be on a budget and want to spend their time outdoors. The inside is small, but adorable. The boys loved the gorilla theme and those bunk beds! But we spent most of our time outdoors. It was shady during the afternoons. The hosts are wonderful, you will not regret coming here and making memories with your loved ones.

Barry was a great host. He answered every question I had very fast. The place was beautiful and there was so much to do!

Cutest little tiny home with the best river views. We enjoyed cooking out on the grill, fishing and kayaking in the river, relaxing on the comfy couch, and hammocking outside. A very short walk down to the river, but there was tall grass and stickers we had to walk through. I know they had a lot of rain recently so i’m hoping it’s out of the ordinary that there wasn’t a mowed path. Despite this, we would still return!
