Holiday rentals in Lake Travis

Amazing amazing rental! We were so happy with our stay. So many things are available to do: lake activities, beautiful views, cozy and welcoming studio, patio deck with a hot tub, fire pit. It exceeded my expectations from the pictures. The walk from the room to the lake was beautiful and kept us active. The patio was private with a beautiful view and we absolutely loved the outside shower. The dock area was awesome with boats to sit on, kayaks with lots of life jackets, and a dock that you can access the water from. The value for the price is honestly unbeatable, there are so many things to do and the area is gorgeous. The hosts were INCREDIBLY accommodating to us and kind and were super easy to get a hold of with whatever we needed. They really went above and beyond. Kelly also gave us all the directions and instructions in a timely manner, we had no problems the entire stay. We would love to revisit! We had an amazing time. Thank you so much Kelly!!

Less than 10 minutes from several public beaches and parks, this home is in a very decent location. The Hurst Creek Arm that the house is on is ideal for boat rentals, but it doesn’t offer much water access if you’re looking to swim. For that, Mansfield Dam on Lake Travis or Fritz Hughes and Jessica Hollis parks on Lake Austin waters are nearby and much better options for swimming. The beds were super comfortable, the hot tub was amazing (and actually hot!), and the grill is sufficient. The interior is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed, with a fully equipped kitchen. Just a heads-up: the fridge is on the smaller side and can fill up quickly if you’re bringing a lot of food and drinks. Overall, we had an incredible stay. The owners were extremely responsive and friendly, which made the experience even better. A perfect weekend getaway spot near the lake!

The drive through the hills of Lago Vista is amazing, day or night. And into the neighborhood with some local deer just casually strolling thru the yards, lets you know how peaceful it is. And the home is just beyond what the pictures will show. Just a clean and spacious spot to relax, unwind and get away. There is everything you need to have a good time with the family: board games, activities in the yard, a clean, fresh pool and hot spa with the clean Texas sky overhead. Great kitchen with all the cooking utensils, pans and seasonings you will need for some home cooked meals. TV’s when you need to do some binge watching. You can take some walks in the neighborhood or a quick 10 minute drive to do some hiking. You really have it all here! I would definitely recommend staying here and treat the family to a great time. Will definitely look forward to scheduling some time here again, and enjoying this place with the family again. Thanks Alexander!

Overall a great place to stay, would stay there again and recommend it to other people. Aside from the coziness of the cabin and the beautiful view, my fav was the dvd system with some of old classics which was a blast from the past. the sheets and blankets were all nice and clean. we had some very minor issues, but nothing to take away from the 5 star review: 1/ the restroom door needs to be oiled, a little hard to open and close. 2/ outdoor space is virtually unusable in summer bc of mosquitoes but thats texas in summer, the hosts were nice to leave bug sprays, 3/ there were no additional trash bags, we quickly ran out during a 4 night stay. 4/ there was a hint of foul smell from toilet, not sure it the toilet has to be reseated or the seal repaired, 5/ the water heater broke down overnight but the hosts were on top it, they visited overnight and had it addressed. 6/ they have fans in the kids room, but we still had to leave their door open otherwise it gets too hot.

We are already booking again. It was a peaceful getaway. The views were breathtaking. The accommodation was stunning, and the check-in process was easy. It was such a peaceful experience. We didn’t want to leave.

Lisa was a wonderful host and has designed every aspect of the house to be a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable experience. Everything you’d want and nothing you don’t. Very clean and thoughtfully designed, it is the perfect place for a long weekend away. We’re sure to be back!

We absolutely loved spending time with our friends at this beautiful home by the lake. The kitchen was the perfect size to make meals together and the layout of the house was very comfy for movie watching. The pool was a good size for relaxing and watching the clouds. A great location for spending time with loved ones.

The ultimate location for relaxation and to unwind. The upper level deck has an amazing view of the lake and we caught a sunset each night of our stay. The garage was full of entertainment for our kiddo and we passed time playing the arcade games, hoops, air hockey and ping pong. The home has beautiful decor and super comfy couches and beds, plenty of space to spread out. Also, check out the master bath, it’s stunning! The kitchen has everything you need to throw together something delicious and beautiful. Will definitely be back!
