Loft holiday rentals in Brazos River

This is a nice place. The loft has a nice open Feel The sheets are super soft and comfortable, and the AC works great. Water pressure is excellent, Host were very nice. It’s like we were at home.

Jenn is so nice and always ready to help me with anything I needed. Very dedicated host! Great location! Soon the pool area will be completely done. Nice to sit and enjoy a quiet time surrounded by tall trees and beautiful plants. Thank you for the hospitality!

It was our first time, and the experience was very nice. I really didn't know how it was going to be because it was our first time doing this, but my family and I loved the place, the super relaxing pool, especially the view towards Galveston Bay, very beautiful and what I liked the most, that you can fish all day. And also the apartment is super comfortable, it's big enough for the family, my children and I loved everything, they had fun in the pool, and fishing all day and they loved everything. Perfect little getaway!!! Loved it!

Beautiful home, clean, convenient, location was close to everything we were visiting. Host was friendly and responsive. Loved that they provided an air fryer, that is my go to for cooking! Definitely a plus for us.

I enjoyed my stay and a big plus is the view of Austin downtown view at night from the patio. Close to walking/ running trails Sean was a great host , and I would definitely stay here again.

This place is awesome! Right in the heart of the city on Main St so everything is in walking distance. The host explained everything and the place was very nice. This will be our spot everyone we come back to visit.

The place itself was great and I loved the whole vibe! Loved playing pool before bedtime after a date with my husband. Close to some super cool places and loved that there’s so much within walking distance. The place is FULLY equipped with everything you could need to stay there short term or longer. Loved parking my car in the secured garage and being able to park right outside the door. The only thing that was a little bothersome was the constant trains right by the space. At first it was cool, but it did get old when watching a movie and trying to relax to read a book. It’s nice to have public transit right there. Then there was people fighting right outside by the windows a few times, because the place is right in the center of it all and the sidewalks are right outside the windows. There’s nothing that a host can change with those factors because you’re choosing to stay in the middle of it all. Just expect the city life! I would stay here again with my friends for a weekend!

Carlos did an amazing job turning his parents’ garage into a little studio apartment!! It is truly so well done, you wouldn’t be able to tell just walking in. Everything was exactly like the pictures - it was spotless and smelled really nice! The backyard has a beautiful garden that’s well maintained by Carlos’ parents who live there. They are one of the sweetest, most genuine people we have met. My dad hung out with his dad often while he was gardening and he was always cordial! Their dog, Oso, is also very adorable - if you’re an animal lover, he’s definitely a great addition to all the other features of this listing. They have cats visiting on the property too but Oso definitely stole the show. The apartment itself has just what you need - although it could use some more kitchen and shower amenities. There were some missing amenities when we visited but Carlos was very responsive and made sure we had those delivered. I’d surely book here again. Carlos and his parents are amazing

Such a perfect spot to enjoy downtown Dallas! Huge kitchen and sweet treats in the fridge for us. The pillows are literally the best part and we melted into them for a nice peaceful sleep. It’s downtown so you will notice some of the obnoxious motorcycles coming through but not bad because you are high up. Our host was very helpful and made sure our stay was up to our expectations!

This studio loft was a wonderful find in Houston. It's truly gorgeous inside, and the skylights add so much character and light. A big plus for us was being able to control our own temperature, and having a fan available was great for added comfort. The host thought of everything in the bathroom – soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and Q-tips were all provided. Practicalities were excellent too: easy self-check-in/out, convenient parking, and access to a washer and dryer were much appreciated. The host was communicative and very nice. We also enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood setting. Would definitely stay here again!

My family had such a wonderful stay here at the treehouse! Teo was very helpful during the booking process and responding to our questions, and his dad Alfonso was the greatest host ... he helped us park our big van/trailer on the property and was so welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. The property is lovely and very comfortable, and well equipped with absolutely everything you could need. It was perfect for four of us, and we especially enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the grounds. A good location for going into Austin too, but mostly we just preferred to stay at the house! Highly recommended and such wonderful hosts! We would love to come back! :)

This Air BnB was perfect for our weekend trip. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The home and grounds were very pretty and well kept. We loved everything. We definitely will be coming back in the future.

Great communication response time! Warm and friendly. Came same day and reset my tv when hit a random button on the remote.
