We are a couple plus a dog, the location is excellent for walking, and also for walking with the dog, very good, I recommend it because it is close to everything, we left early to get to know a beach every day and at night we went to the restaurants, this place is very tasty.

The stay was great, we rested very well! The apartment is beautiful and super cozy with an incredible location. It's very clean, it's beautiful to see the host's care. Very careful and affectionate with guests. We will need to come to Sorocaba more often and we will certainly stay in the apartment again if available. See you next time!!!

The condominium is beautiful, with the best view and the best sunset, it was well worth it. The apartment was very clean, organized, I didn't like the breakfast very much, I thought it was poor for the price charged. But otherwise, everything is perfect. We'll definitely be back.

Everything was perfect, perfect location, my intention was to go to the CTN (Northeastern Tradition Center) and it was super convenient because it is extremely close. Regarding the garage, we rented it from a person from the condominium itself, we contacted the receptionist, the overnight stay of the car was much cheaper than the surrounding parking lots. Communication with the host was perfect. Studio me cozy and very clean. I will definitely return. Ahhh, one more tip, in the back street there is a wonderful bakery to have a good breakfast called Lareira. I highly recommend it. 😉 The location is wonderful with two malls super close to walk to. We really liked the organization and cleanliness of the space. The size of the flat is ideal for a couple. It has a lovely and pleasant view.

Starting with the location, which is excellent — close to everything! The check-in was super flexible and the whole process was very safe. The apartment is accessed by a lock with a password, which gave me even more peace of mind. The place is charming: beautiful, very clean, super organized and cozy. The white bath towels, the clean and fragrant bathroom, the brand new furniture, the impeccable sheets, the comfortable bed, the brand new TV... Every detail is super well taken care of! It is a small but very cozy and pleasant studio, perfect for resting and feeling at home. 🛏️✨ I highly recommend it and, without a doubt, when I return to Rio, I will book this same place again.

All hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. And the host Márcio is also very attentive and proactive. Only compliments! Very quiet and great place for those who want to relax. The house 4 in which we were accommodated had a privileged location in the condominium because it was on the corner, and offered a lot of privacy. Everything in the house is new, so that was great. Jocélio, the guy who takes care of the house is extremely polite and attentive! Point to improve: Make more floor cloths, towels and dish cloths available.
