The place is perfect for spending time with the family! I want to go back again with my family. The apartment is great and the location is not even mentioned, not to mention the view that the apartment has, which is perfect. I highly recommend it

Great space very close to Riocentro. The condominium has an excellent breakfast, the suite has a wide view of Pedra da Gávea and a little bit of the sea. The host is very helpful, gave us several restaurant tips! Everything is fine!

Márcia's place is super well located and very suitable for those looking for a sophisticated place with transportation, restaurants, shops and well positioned to work anywhere in the city.

A Perfect Stay – Again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was our second time staying here, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just as warm, welcoming, and wonderful as we remembered. The space is beautifully maintained, incredibly comfortable, and offers such a peaceful retreat right in the heart of São Paulo. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The hospitality is unmatched—friendly, helpful, and always available if needed. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into making sure guests have an exceptional experience. We absolutely love this place and will make it our go-to spot every single time we’re back in São Paulo. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

The house is excellent, exactly as in the pictures. Clean, well decorated, super equipped kitchen. The condominium's pool is excellent and the location is perfect, as you can walk to the beach. It is an ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet. Milly responds very quickly to messages and the condominium reception is also very kind and helpful. We loved our stay!

Beautiful apartment. The host was very helpful and arranged a driver for us to the Argentine side of the waterfalls, which worked out great. We can definitely recommend!

The stay was perfect. The house is much more than we imagined: equipped, clean and very comfortable. The heated pool is a differential, you can enjoy it until the evening. Fábio is a great host, he cleared up all our doubts quickly. José, the pool manager, is very friendly and gave us several tips on what to do in Ilhabela. The experience was unforgettable and we will definitely come back again! We would like to thank you very much and see you soon.

I chose the place to spend my birthday weekend and visit Areal and Petropolis, it was definitely the best choice! Ultra comfort, impeccable finish, everything clean, breathtaking view even more beautiful in person, we will miss it and we will definitely return on other occasions! aaaa, the Hydro and the shower are the highlight of the experience!!

The house is exactly as in the photos — or even better. Super well cared for, clean, organized and with a decoration that conveys warmth. The view is simply spectacular, the kind that makes you stop to admire in silence. During the night, the typical cold of the region makes everything even more special, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or a good book. Every corner of the house seems to have been thoughtfully designed, and this made the experience truly memorable. No doubt, a place to come back many and many times!

The house is wonderful! We have a great time as a family! We love it so much and we will take the memories with us for the rest of our lives! The place is beautiful and well isolated, but the kitchen is very well equipped and prepared to cook food for many people! The blankets are super warm and the house is very well prepared so we don't have to work with anything! We love and will come back more often for sure
