Monthly Rentals in Brasstown

The house was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

Very nice quiet area and enjoyed walking by the river. Would stay again next time we’re in the area.

This was a few days added on to an earlier stay, so all the positive things I said about that one still apply: This is a very cute and well-stocked apartment, convenient to the Folk School. Great for a single person or couple. Sandra is a lovely host!

This is a phenomenal rental! We loved our time here…the space is thoughtfully designed and complete with lots of homey amenities. The bed is comfy with quality linens and a firm mattress. The coffee situation is a french press or coffee carafe with gorgeous clay mugs. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was like we were staying with friends…we felt very taken care of. We look forward to staying again!
