Cabin holiday rentals in Brasstown

Tia was an amazing host and the house and plot is incredible. The price was wildly affordable for what it is - a very secluded house on roughly a 2 acre plot that extends into a peninsula. 270 degree view of the lake from the yard. There is a nice private dock, although it is very off balance at the end so be careful (especially if you’ve been drinking). The lake itself has very clean greenish blue water - not that muddy brown we’re used to around Atlanta. The water off the end of the dock was deep on Memorial Day, we were able to dive off in any direction and could not touch the bottom anywhere. It was cloudy so the water was a little cold, but still refreshing to jump in after laying on the dock for a while. The only thing I couldn’t figure out is where the creek is that is shown in one of the photos. I wanted to walk my dog in the creek but couldn’t see it through the trees and didn’t see an obvious path leading anywhere. Mountain Views are magnificent, 10/10 highly recommend!

What a beautiful and peaceful place to immerse oneself in natural surroundings. This place was just as picture perfect as the pictures plus so much more!!! Falling asleep to the rising of the moon to waking up in the clouds the next morning when the sun broke through. Yes, we saw fireflies! and colorful birds nesting amongst the trees. It was like living in a tree house being there. Easy and close access to town. You can spend your time in town exploring or less than an hour away visit an award winning winery. Then home to watch the evening sky settle in for the night. We feel asleep at night to rain dancing on the rooftop. Just a lovely place all the way around. Thanks you for sharing your home with us! This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and we loved it just as much. Clean- relaxing atmosphere - great view, even deer in the front lawn- everything you need for a relaxing stay

The view is absolutely beautiful!!! My family enjoyed our stay at the lodge. It was clean, airy, natural and the living room view was stunning! The beds were comfortable and we loved the downstairs space with the huge tv. We had a fun movie night hanging out downstairs. Our time there was peaceful and our children didn’t want to leave! Chelsea was responsive, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

What a great find! This place was awesome! All of the details and the space was very well thought out and beautiful. The back porch and bathroom are the main stars of the stay! Host was very pro-active and communicated everything effectively. Location is perfect-about 10 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge and less than 5 minutes to Mercier Orchard (must visit)! I would highly recommend this place and we hope to make it back one day :)

Peaceful, private wooden oasis. We enjoyed seeing all the deer in the area. We felt it was a great location right between all the mountain towns, great for finding hiking locations, parks, museums, and great restaurants. Then spending our nights in a cozy private cabin in the woods, playing games and having family movie nights or siting on the porch enjoying the rain & lighting show.

We spent a few nights here for a family vacation and we really enjoyed it. The view was beautiful and the cabin was very cozy. The instructions to get to the cabin were very clear so that was super helpful! We had no trouble getting settled in!

We had a wonderful stay a this cozy cabin. The location was perfect- just 15 minutes from Bear Claw Vineyards & Winery, and close to a local store where we could grab groceries. The cabin felt secluded and peaceful, which gave us the privacy we were hoping for during our family getaway. Although the layout was more vertical than expected, the space still felt open and fun to explore. Everything was clean. Ben and his team were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

This place is absolutely beautiful!! You get the Mountain View and the rain forest feel at the same time. And if you have a dog-stop looking now and BOOK. My dog had as much fun as we did. The fence is so useful. The hot tub is larger than most! And the rain on the tin roof!! Priceless. Along with very comfortable bedding-you’ll sleep like a baby. Parker is nothing short of excellent! You will not be disappointed. We will be back very soon.

We had the best stay. It’s stunning how much detail went into that cabin. Beautiful, real furnishings and decor. The kids had a blast counting the hundreds of bears everywhere. The bottom floor was perfect for mom and dad and little kids. There was a tv room nearby so when they woke early, they didn’t wake rest of the house. The teenagers wanted the upstairs. We didn’t even use a bedroom on main floor. So much outdoor screened porch space. Fully stocked kitchen- we made lots of meals. It was really appreciated!

adorable cabin surrounded by trees with a very convenient dog park across from the driveway. i loved staying at this cabin! it truly made our trip so much better. the hosts were very friendly & helpful. there's grocery stores >5 min from cabin & a cute downtown area with shops & eats all close by. i would live there if i could!

We really enjoyed our stay — the cabin was very secluded and peaceful. It was exactly as pictured. One of our favorite parts was having coffee every morning on the balcony while listening to the sound of the creek — so relaxing. We also had a great time at the NOC, which offered plenty of fun activities for the whole family.

We have stayed before, and it was perfect. This time the floors weren't clean, and I am guessing it was the housekeeper that left behind a childs tablet and scooter laying on the deck, we left the tablet on top of the fridge with a note left on the fridge. I definitely recommend a safety gate at the top of the stairs, and better child proofing.

I wish I could keep this place a secret because of how incredibly beautiful and secluded it is. You feel like you’ve stepped into a fairy tale, and Hal’s unique touches make the place inviting and special all at the same time. Our trip was filled with rainy weather, but there’s something magical about sitting by the tabletop fire pit on the screened in porch while watching the rain and the river flow by. This is the first airbnb I’ve ever stayed where I knew I wanted to come back.

Nice place to stay Just a couple of notes The end of the road is actually a little farther than it looks at first. You first think it’s a place to park your car but the road goes a little further. Nicely hidden. Secondly if you’re below 5’ 4” the microwave will be challenging. Other than those two notes it was very nice. Also I recommend when pulling in swing wide Ark to right then to left. It makes it easier to pull out straight

Angela was responsive, respectful, and very nice. One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. The peace and quiet along with the wildlife (deer, all kinds of birds including hummingbirds, racoon family) was what we needed to unwind. Definitely worth the price. Would stay again!

Extremely clean and well maintained property, the pictures don’t do it justice! My kids and I had such a lovely time, enjoyed all the games, fire pit, and screened in porch. Felicia has clearly thought of all you may need for you stay and common questions, because it was so well equipped with information posted all over. Would definitely visit again!

I loved my stay at this Airbnb…the location is so beautiful and the home is so lovely! The hosts are so kind and responsive…I definitely recommend this wonderful home and would love to come visit again!

It was beautiful, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I will definitely consider a return visit. If you are looking for a large cabin, this is not it but for us, it was perfect (small but defiantly not too small). Loved it!

If you have an accident and you spill the soup on the stove… she’ll try to collect for a new stove and the whole pan set… even after paying her extra for a deep cleaning fee of $250. Common sense out the window!!!

The perfect place to stay! My husband and I stayed here just shy of a week and enjoyed every moment. Great location to both Young Harris and Blairsville, easy to find & check in, and is in a beautiful neighborhood. So peaceful - we could sit on the porch and listen to the birds forever. This was definitely a “home away from home” for us. Doreen is a fabulous host and we definitely enjoyed several of her activity/restaurant recommendations! We hope to return soon… maybe in the fall! 🍁🍂😊

Kelly’s place is absolutely amazing! The cabin has everything you need to feel comfortable and feel right at home; it’s homey and tastefully decorated with a bear and mountain theme all around. The pictures don’t do it justice! Kelly has thought of every possible need guests might have (to include a little step to get on the king size bed which is beautiful but a bit high for us short people!) and there was even a welcome gift of the most delicious cookies waiting for us after a long drive. There are books and games as well to keep you entertained. We sat in the porch to have our morning coffee and I could imagine how beautiful the fall view must be as it is surrounded by beautiful tall trees and just fresh clean air for those of us city slickers. The cabin is exceptionally clean and very well organized. Communication with Kelly was great! We will definitely return when we visit family again in Murphy. Highly recommended! Thank you again Kelly!
