We had a wonderful stay at Felicia’s! The house was even better than the pictures, clearly designed with attention to detail from top to bottom. Felicia’s mix of antique one-of-kind decorations along with modern comforts like large leather couches and recently renovated kitchens and bathrooms were perfect to enjoy the small town charm of Sulphur Springs. The instructions to get in, and house rules were clear and simple. The distance to downtown is close enough to walk, but far enough that it stays quiet and free of traffic. We will definitely stay here again if given the chance next time we come to Sulphur Springs!

Can’t thank everyone at the farm enough for such amazing hospitality for myself and cousin staying. They went above and beyond to welcome us and be excellent hosts.

We have stayed here several times before. It is perfect and we will stay there again. So much room and just absolutely one of the best places our little group has stayed. Mary is very kind and just the perfect amount of attentive - I would recommend this place to anyone (and I have). One of my favorite places to stay.

We loved how clean it was and decorated so nicely. They even had provisions for our little dog. Towels, sheet, bowls etc. It was a very comfortable place, the bed was great and a big tub shower with very hot water. After being in the car for 9 hours it was nice to have beautiful property to walk around and places to sit and chill. We will definitely stay again.
