Monthly Rentals in Brandywine

The home was beautiful and very peaceful. Justin and Edgar were very attentive and respectful and answered my questions the same day. They kept me informed of any new tenants and made sure I was having an enjoyable stay. The furniture and decor were very nice and the bed was simply relaxing. It was one of my best experiences yet in any AirBnB.

We spent a month in this apartment while waiting for our new home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect—the apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. It was spacious, comfortable, and an absolute pleasure to stay in. What truly made this experience exceptional was the hosts. They were beyond amazing—thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed. When we had an issue with the refrigerator, they didn’t just fix it; they replaced it with a brand-new one within two days! Their kindness and efficiency made us feel incredibly valued as guests. Spending a full month here, we truly got to appreciate how well-maintained and well-equipped the apartment was. It was a perfect home away from home, and we are so grateful for the hospitality we received. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

Candace's basement apartment is a perfect place for guests who can't stay with me on my boat. The full kitchen was great for meals in and the Safeway grocery store is only a few miles away to get anything you might need. I'm already planning and hoping others will be able to stay with her when they come to visit. The only word of caution I would issue is that the steps to the basement get slick when it rains. Use the handrail or the wall for support. Luckily we only had to deal with the rain on our first day. Coming and going was easy and the neighborhood is peaceful.

Bonita is a blessing! Great room! Great home and kitchen! I felt right at home. The neighborhood is a nice suburb. You will see deer and fox from time to time. Street parking was always available and I never lost my parking spot to another car. Bonita gave me ample fridge and pantry space. I also squeezed some things in the freezer. She is very pleasant to stay with. Thank you so much!
