Angélique called this house "Havre de Paix" (Peaceful Haven) and upon entering we grasped its full meaning. A crazy charm, a warm decoration, beautiful outdoor spaces conducive to rest, a swimming pool by which it is good to relax, absolute calm in a very peaceful environment. We were happy to meet Angélique and her husband Damien who are lovely people. While staying in this haven of peace, I thought of Lamartine's poem (Le Lac): "O Time! Suspend your flight and you propitious hours suspend your course". Yes, go to Angélique and learn to savor a time of infinite happiness.

We had a great weekend in the house offered by Martine. Her welcome is as warm as her cottage. The environment is very quiet. The cottage is close to St Jean en Royans which is a small town with many shops and restaurants. Many hikes start from the cottage or nearby. Area is beautiful! We will be back!
