Probably one of nicest places I have ever stayed. Overlooking the marina and a Napoleonic naval yard, with views over the bay to Cap-Ferrat and the lighthouse, it was just perfect. Cindy was brilliant, coming to meet me with the keys. So many great things about this place: 1. It’s at the quieter end of Villefranche - perfect for me. 2. There is a restaurant next door, and 4 more just along the road. 3. The view from the balcony - amazing. 4. A swimming beach just 100m away behind the historic harbour walls. 5. The coast path - you can walk all the way to the headland right by the sea. 6. Only 15min by bus into central Nice, and there is a “secret staircase” that climbs all the way up to the bus stop - go through the arch beside the “toilettes” (yes, really!) 7. You can get the train to the airport (20mins walk to the station, through the alleys and the citadel.) 8. You can take more stairs right to very top of the mountain, to find an old fort. I loved it - thank u, Cindy!

Spectacular panorama, excellent bus stop for those who want to visit Menton or go to Monaco station. To reach Larvotto Beach on foot, you have to climb a lot of stairs. Excellent parking in the basement of the house. Amèlie is very professional and responsive.

Wow !! Quite simply the best apartment we’ve ever had on AIR BnB 👌 perfect in every way and right in the heart of the old town, attractions, shops, daily market and restaurants . Perfect view of the full Promenade from the beautiful balcony !!! And to top it all off Eileen and Connie were the perfect hosts and communication was fantastic!! Thanks for a very memorable stay ❤️😎👍

If I could leave a 20 Star review I would! Mungo's hospitality is unsurpassed as a host. Mungo was very responsive and helped us understand how to get there, and went above and beyond. The studio apartment is perfect. The energy and vibe of being in the heart of Bussana Vecchia cannot compare to other accommodations. Everyone says Bussana Vecchia is magical and it is, it is more than magical. It is hard to describe or add to this place in words, but I would say that anyone who visits should take time to find out what this place is about and ask if they can help in any way to save it. At this point in time, there probably is no other community quite like this in the world. Please note if coming by train, ensure you get to Sanremo station. Google makes an error with the Ventimillia and Sanremo train stations, giving both the same physical address--they are in two different towns. This is a place best to visit if you have a motor vehicle or bike, and your suitcases are not too heavy!

We stayed with Anne-Marie for 5 nights. The place was amazing and her and Andre took great care of us. I got tree sap on my shorts one day and they cleaned them for me because I was having trouble. The fridge had some essentials to get us started in our stay and they gave us eggs as well one day. They were great people who were very kind and helpful.

Greg’s apartment was exactly as it looks in the pictures. We had a great stay and appreciated how close it was to the tram, making it easy to get anywhere and proximity to the beach was a plus. We loved that this place was on the less busy part of the boardwalk, so when we came back at the end of the day it was very peaceful. Would absolutely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

A gorgeous view in a lovely part of town. The host was very helpful with check in and recommendations. The accommodations were very thoughtful. The balcony is perfect for morning and evening relaxing. I highly recommend this rental. So easy to get to Old Nice and Ville Franche Sur Mer.

Really good! The hosts were very available for our arrival. Nice little accommodation, very consistent with the photos, the garden is charming. It is located a stone's throw from the train station and the sea. I recommend it.

Raymond and his son were lovely hosts. Our stay in menton was great. Their house is easy to access via the bus route. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor area was relaxing with lovely views. We would recommend, and we would stay again!

We were delighted with the generosity and amenities of the apartment. Everything was there, even packaged food and drinks for the first day. The view from the terrace to the sea is very beautiful and the location of the apartment in an old village is very quiet. Parking was unproblematic thanks to Camilla's instructions. The area is ideal for hiking and (e-)cycling. All around a wonderful week in Costarainera!

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

We had an unforgettable week in Cristina’s beautiful home, which is fantastically located in the center of Sanremo. The house is very clean, comfortable, with many things you might need. The huge private garden is simply magnificent, I enjoyed watering the plants near the house early in the morning or late in the evening. From Cristina’s home it is easy to walk to the center, to the beach, and also very easy to get out of the city to visit the many interesting places around Sanremo, as well as in France, Monaco. Communication with Christina is very easy. Our highest recommendations for this property. We would be happy to return in the future.

Everything was great! We were able to check in at 7 in the morning and Alex was always reachable. The view was breathtaking! It was just as everything was exactly as described and as in the photos. The only thing we have to complain about is that one bed for two was a bit too tight but that made up for the view! If we end up in this area again, we will definitely come back :)

Bartolomeo's place was our place for 2 weeks, but even more than we felt at home. Elevator, parking, restaurants around the corner, convenient supermarket within easy reach. In front of the house the Mediterranean. Very nice neighborhood in the house. The location is wonderful. Menton Nice monte carlo, Eze in one direction and sanremo imperia in the other. Bartolomeo's apartment is very clean and comfortable. Bartolomeo always responded very quickly and kindly to questions,and discreetly asked every few days if we needed anything else. Checking in with the lockbox was easy. Vallecrosia also has many other beautiful things to offer in its location. Long talked short sense,Bartolomeo's apartment is highly recommended. Thank you Bartolomeo and thank you Vallecrosia.

Very good location for hiking or cycling. In the evening, the location is not ideal for strolling, drinking cocktails or anything like that. You always have to drive down to the promenade by car. Parking is about 50 meters from the house. The kitchen could use more outlets. All necessary appliances are available (toaster, coffee machine, kettle, etc.), unfortunately not usable together as there are too few sockets in the kitchen. Perhaps extension cables with multiple sockets would be useful. In the evening, it is nice and quiet in the village and a pleasant fresh breeze blows. In the village itself, there are 2 exclusive restaurants (not a pizzeria) with very good food. Reservation required! In addition, there is a take away, which you have to pre-order the food. Lots of cats and dogs. A typical Mediterranean mountain village. Along the coast to the west, beautiful villages. Monaco and Nice are also not far away. Sanremo is a very nice place to shop.

Valerie is a very welcoming host, very available and very responsive. His many tips helped us have a great stay. Accommodation, true to photos and description, completely refurbished as well as the double glazing of the room. Very comfortable bedding. Quiet and peaceful accommodation with an east facing balcony that allows us to have all meals outdoors overlooking the sea. And finally, a secure parking lot at the much appreciated residence. We recommend it unreservedly.

We had a very good stay at Guy's, who is a very friendly person, attentive and available. The apartment is very well arranged and tasteful. The comfortable bedding and the large storage closet in each room are appreciated. Very well-equipped kitchen with quality equipment. Beautiful bathroom. Upon arrival, you feel a little out of the way, but in the end, you are very quickly in the center. To be recommended and perhaps to be repeated.

We had great relaxing days. The price is a bit high, but quite right. The only downside was the very hard beds. With a dog, the property is a win, as there are no meadows. A dog spot about 1.5 km away but very small and for large dogs. We highly recommend it. Nespresso with capsules, a lot of good dishes, everything is available in the kitchen. Cosmetic items( soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.) are available. With the translation app, the communication via Wh….app with Avenola was very great. Reply always and immediately, thank you so much for your super care, Grazie Car was safe on the enclosed property. Neighbors were very nice. We can only recommend everyone to take a vacation there. The balcony is amazing.

Yevan is an amazing host. The apartment was very clean and nice. He even managed to arrange that we could check-in earlier than planned. He’s also very responsive, whenever we had questions he replied almost immediately providing support. Thank you so much for the great care.

Pleasant residence and well-kept apartment, with a large terrace overlooking the sea. It is an excellent point to discover the Ligurian coast from Ventimiglia to Noli. The relationship with the host and his family was very caring. This gave us an excellent week's vacation. I would highly recommend this stay.
