Probably one of nicest places I have ever stayed. Overlooking the marina and a Napoleonic naval yard, with views over the bay to Cap-Ferrat and the lighthouse, it was just perfect. Cindy was brilliant, coming to meet me with the keys. So many great things about this place: 1. It’s at the quieter end of Villefranche - perfect for me. 2. There is a restaurant next door, and 4 more just along the road. 3. The view from the balcony - amazing. 4. A swimming beach just 100m away behind the historic harbour walls. 5. The coast path - you can walk all the way to the headland right by the sea. 6. Only 15min by bus into central Nice, and there is a “secret staircase” that climbs all the way up to the bus stop - go through the arch beside the “toilettes” (yes, really!) 7. You can get the train to the airport (20mins walk to the station, through the alleys and the citadel.) 8. You can take more stairs right to very top of the mountain, to find an old fort. I loved it - thank u, Cindy!

Panorama spettacolare, ottimo la fermata del bus per chi vuole visitare Menton oppure recarsi alla stazione di Monaco. A piedi per raggiungere Larvotto Beach bisogna fare tantissime scale. ottimo parcheggio nel sotterraneo della Casa. Amèlie è molto professionale e reattiva.

If I could leave a 20 Star review I would! Mungo's hospitality is unsurpassed as a host. Mungo was very responsive and helped us understand how to get there, and went above and beyond. The studio apartment is perfect. The energy and vibe of being in the heart of Bussana Vecchia cannot compare to other accommodations. Everyone says Bussana Vecchia is magical and it is, it is more than magical. It is hard to describe or add to this place in words, but I would say that anyone who visits should take time to find out what this place is about and ask if they can help in any way to save it. At this point in time, there probably is no other community quite like this in the world. Please note if coming by train, ensure you get to Sanremo station. Google makes an error with the Ventimillia and Sanremo train stations, giving both the same physical address--they are in two different towns. This is a place best to visit if you have a motor vehicle or bike, and your suitcases are not too heavy!

We stayed with Anne-Marie for 5 nights. The place was amazing and her and Andre took great care of us. I got tree sap on my shorts one day and they cleaned them for me because I was having trouble. The fridge had some essentials to get us started in our stay and they gave us eggs as well one day. They were great people who were very kind and helpful.

Vraiment bien! Les hotes ont été très disponibles pour notre arrivée. Joli petit logement, très conforme aux photos, le jardin est charmant. Il est situé à deux pas de la gare et de la mer. Je recommande.

Raymond and his son were lovely hosts. Our stay in menton was great. Their house is easy to access via the bus route. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor area was relaxing with lovely views. We would recommend, and we would stay again!

Wir waren von der Großzügigkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung begeistert. Es war alles da, sogar verpackte Lebensmittel und Getränke für den ersten Tag. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf's Meer ist sehr schön und die Lage der Wohnung in einem alten Dorf sehr ruhig. Parken war dank Camillas Hinweisen unproblematisch. Die Gegend eignet sich wunderbar zum Wandern und (E-)Radfahren. Rundum eine wunderbare Woche in Costarainera!

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

We had an unforgettable week in Cristina’s beautiful home, which is fantastically located in the center of Sanremo. The house is very clean, comfortable, with many things you might need. The huge private garden is simply magnificent, I enjoyed watering the plants near the house early in the morning or late in the evening. From Cristina’s home it is easy to walk to the center, to the beach, and also very easy to get out of the city to visit the many interesting places around Sanremo, as well as in France, Monaco. Communication with Christina is very easy. Our highest recommendations for this property. We would be happy to return in the future.

Bartolomeos Wohnung war 2 Wochen lang unsere Unterkunft, aber sogar mehr als das wir haben uns zu Hause gefühlt. Aufzug, Parkplätze, Restaurants um die Ecke, günstiger Supermarkt gleich erreichbar. Vor dem Haus das Mittelmeer. Sehr nette Nachbarschaft im Haus. Sie Lage ist wunderbar. Menton Nizza monte carlo, Eze in einer Richtung und sanremo imperia in der anderen Richtung. Die Wohnung von Bartolomeo ist sehr sauber und wohlfühlend. Bartolomeo hat immer auf Fragen sehr schnell und freundlich reagiert,und dezent alle paar Tage nachgefragt ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Der Check in mit der Schlüsselbox war einfach. Vallecrosia hat auch viele andere schöne Dinge in seiner Lage zu bieten. Lang geredet kurzer Sinn,Bartolomeos Wohnung ist sehr Empfehlenswert. Sehr gute Lage zum Wandern oder Radfahren. Abends zum flanieren, um Cocktail oder so zu trinken, ist die Lage nicht optimal. Man muß immer mit dem Auto runter an die Promenade fahren. Parkplatz ist ca. 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Die Küche könnte mehr Steckdosen gebrauchen. Es sind alle notwendigen Geräte vorhanden (Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, usw.), leider nicht zusammen nutzbar da es zu wenig Steckdosen in der Küche gibt. Vielleicht wären Verlängerungskabel mit Mehrfachsteckdosen sinnvoll. Abends ist es schön ruhig im Ort und es weht ein angenehmer frischer Wind. Im Ort selbst gibt's 2 exklusive Restaurants (also keine Pizzeria) mit sehr gutem Essen. Reservierung notwendig! Darüber hinaus, gibt's noch ein Take away, welches man das Essen vorbestellen muss. Sehr viele Katzen und Hunde. Ein typisch südländisches Bergdorf. Entlang der Küste Richtung Westen, schöne Ortschaften. Monaco und Nizza sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Sanremo ist sehr schön zum shoppen.

Valérie est une hôte très accueillante, très disponible et très réactive. Ses nombreux conseils nous ont aidé à passer un excellent séjour. Logement, fidèle aux photos et à la description, refait entièrement à neuf ainsi que le double vitrage de la chambre. Literie très confortable. Logement calme et paisible avec un balcon orienté Est qui nous permet de prendre tous les repas en extérieur avec vue sur la mer. Et pour finir, un parking sécurisé dans la résidence très apprécié. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

Wir hatten tolle erholsame Tage. Der Preis ist etwas hoch, aber durchaus entsprechend. Der einzige Nachteil waren die sehr harten Betten. Mit Hund ist das Grundstück ein Gewinn, da es keine Wiesen gibt. Ein Hundeplatz etwa 1,5 km entfernt aber sehr klein und für große Hunde. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Nespresso mit Kapseln, sehr viel gutes Geschirr, alles in der Küche vorhanden. Kosmetikartikel( Seife, Shampoo, Waschmittel etc.) vorhanden. Mit der Übersetzungsapp war die Verständigung per Wh….app mit Avenola sehr toll. Antwort immer und sofort, ganz vielen Dank für eure Supertolle Betreuung, Grazie Auto war auf dem umfriedenden Grundstück sicher. Nachbarn waren sehr nett. Wir können es nur jedem empfehlen dort Urlaub zu machen. Der Balkon ist der Hammer.

Yevan is an amazing host. The apartment was very clean and nice. He even managed to arrange that we could check-in earlier than planned. He’s also very responsive, whenever we had questions he replied almost immediately providing support. Thank you so much for the great care.

Résidence agréable et appartement bien soigné, disposant d'un grande terrasse avec vue sur mer. Il constitue un excellent point pour découvrir la cote ligure de Vintimille à Noli. Les relations avec l'hôte et sa famille ont été très bienveillantes. Nous avons ainsi passé une excellente semaine de vacances. Je recommande fortement ce séjour.
