Relax with your whole family or maybe a small group. The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, can accommodate multiple people. We also have a full couch in the living room to fit at least 2 people and a blow-up mattress, if needed. Private patio with fire pit, grill, seating area on the 18th hole. A private pool for the residents of Eastbay, 18 hole golf course, clubhouse with a pool, bar and Sahm's restaurant. 15-20 minutes to IU's campus and minutes from Lake Monroe beach, hiking trails & marina.

Treetop Hideaway

Treetop Hideaway is located on Eagle Pointe Golf Resort which offers Sahm’s restaurant bar & grill, seasonal weekend live bands, pool, tennis/pickleball courts. We are minutes away from Fairfax State Park, Lake Monroe beach and marina and Fairfax Bar & Grill. Approximately 25 minutes from Indiana University. Treetop Hideaway features a one bedroom (Queen bed), the loft has a Queen bed along with a futon that opens up to a full size bed. One bathroom, washer/dryer, private deck and free WiFi.

Great stay overall! We had 16-18 people and the property slept us all comfortably with plenty of space to eat and relax. Much cleaner than other places we have stayed as a group. Quiet neighborhood and great hot tub! We would love to come back.

This airbnb was true to the pictures posted on the web. It was clean, and in a very quiet location, wish we could have taken advantage of the pool, but we knew the pool would be closed. The home had everything we needed and would stay there again.

Family of 5 and plenty of room/beds/space for everyone. All our needs were met. It really was a “just bring your clothes/personal items only as that’s all you’ll need” situation. A great place for kids as well since there was a pool, pool room, theater room, recreation room, etc. there was even an office area with a desk which helped tremendously as I typically work from home. Tons of parking space also. Angelique was responsive and helpful with any questions. She even went above and beyond to work with us to help extend our stay at the last minute due to our home reconstruction took longer than expected.

10 out of 10 would recommend!!! this was the perfect end to what was a long day of moving and packing. Out in what seemed like a woodland oasis in a hot tub with the amazing real sounds of nature from the frogs to the birds, just melted way the hard work of the day. We loved our stay here. The house has so many rooms, we could have fit more. The different locations of the rooms was great for multiple families. The backyard was the biggest hit (the second was the hot tub) - with multiple playgrounds and lots of room, our kids spent most of the time out there. The dining area had plenty of room and chairs. The host was so friendly whenever we saw him. We would definitely have a reunion here again!

Perfectly outfitted, it felt like it was tailored just for me while my son attended a nearby camp. The nearby restaurant was a lifesaver, making meals effortless, and the space was a true gift for resting and relaxing after busy days. Bonus: the TVs were so easy to figure out, adding to the seamless comfort and enough coffee to get me through the weekend. Highly recommend!
