Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Bloomington

Great spot. It was easy to get an uber/lyft to downtown Bloomington. The house was in a quiet spot. The house was comfortable and exactly what we needed for a weekend stay in Bloomington (there were 5 of us)

Five stars does not give this space, or Brooke the credit they both deserve 🥰 A true tribute to the spirit of IU past & present and Brooke is such a dream of a host. She went above and beyond, incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and communicative. The space was so clean, organized, with such thoughtful touches and toiletries, and I had the best sleep in that Casper bed since becoming a mom three years ago (seriously). Book this space, you won't regret it! 🩷

Mom’s weekend and it fit three moms and 3 college girls perfectly. The perfect space with great details such as coffee, linens, etc. would definitely rent again. Hot tub was clean and well maintained.

We loved this place! We had our entire family in the house and it didn’t feel crowded. A nice big kitchen that was fully stocked and plenty of seating meant everyone had a spot for presents and games. Plenty of bathrooms and the whole place was nice and clean. The hot tub was a very nice amenity and we used it several times. We hope to be back!

This is an incredible home. The house itself is very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and there are abundant fresh towels in the bathrooms. The surrounding woods and pond are picturesque and peaceful. We spotted a red shouldered hawk, wild turkey, crows, wood thrushes, and deer with a fawn. It’s a short drive to Nashville and Brown County State park. Rich, the host, was very kind and thoughtful. The house handbook was very informative, thorough and helpful—the best handbook I’ve encountered! Answered all our questions! Highly recommend this Airbnb!

This place is stunning, and we both wish we could have arrived earlier to fully take advantage of all the amenities. The location is wonderfully private and secluded, which we truly appreciated, especially since we live in the city and have such busy schedules. We will definitely recommend this relaxing spot to others!

Reserved the house a year before our stay in anticipation of son's graduation. EVERYTHING was exactly as described in the listing. We had a marvelous time in Nashville, Bloomington, and Indianapolis as well as a 1/2 day at Lake Monroe. Easily drivable for food, supplies, and entertainment venues. We had a wonderful time at the cabin. Thanks Dave.

We were looking for a place last minute for my mom and I to stay while we attended my uncle's funeral. we did not have any idea what nashville was we just saw it was close to columbus and had a hot tub. let me just tell you how amazing Angela and her cabin was.... we booked at 10:30 pm the night before. I know, I know. like ordering a well done Ribeye 5 minutes before close. Angela took it upon herself to make sure the house was clean despite thinking she had no renters for a few days and the last guest checking out that morning. the cabin was so cozy and peaceful. in such a stressful and emotional time it was our calming place. mom absolutely loved sitting on the porch listening to the creek. Angela was so amazing would definitely stay there again. and probably will. thanks Angela for going above and beyond in a high stress moment.

We had a wonderful stay! A group of friends and I came together for our yearly reunion and this place was perfect for it. The home offered a secluded, yet peaceful getaway—just what we needed to relax and enjoy each other's company. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for groups looking to disconnect and unwind in nature.

There was 8 men from 62 to 75. Played golf all week, cooked at the cabin. Very private, comfortable, beautiful. We all loved this Airbnb. One of our best stays from FL to TN and back to Indiana. We've stayed in several Airbnb we loved this one. Thank you, Apolonia,

Melissa was a great host. We had to cancel our trip on short notice and then rebooked on even shorter notice. She was very understanding and helpful. The house is very cute and quiet with a lot of space indoors and out. We didn't get the chance to use the fire pit or the hot tub (maybe next time).The living room furniture and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen table was perfect for eating and playing games. The kitchen appliances were top notch. The house feels remote but is not far from Nashville, IN and all it has to offer. Good pizza and beer at Bog Woods Pizza. Also check out the Farm House Cafe & Tea Room, just down the road, for great food and a nice nursery with a lot of plants. We'd definitely stay here again.

very peaceful location and space was large enough to accommodate everyone in our group. The house decor was beautiful. We definitely enjoyed our time there.

We loved our stay at Brooks Run Cabin! The area is beautiful and peaceful and the cabin was clean and well thought out. Our favorite part was drinking our coffee on the screened-in porch with our dogs in the morning and listening to the birds and the creek. We also enjoyed the camp fire with an abundance of chopped wood to use. Ashley thought of all the things you would need to make the place feel like a home away from home.

Have you ever wondered what a marina is like after it closes for the day? If so, then this is THE place to book. Although the exterior is modest, the inside wows! The balcony, with its phenomenal view of the lake, was a FANTASTIC place to have your morning coffee. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, and there were thoughtful touches like amenity kits in the bathrooms. Stephen was very responsive and accommodating, and the manager, Jess, was wonderful and gave us some tips about events around town. It's conveniently located near Bloomington (we were in town for a graduation), but far enough away to avoid the crowds and the plethora of people. At night, the gate is locked, so it's just you enjoying the solitude. The only downside was our nav told us to go into the mobile home park across the street. If your nav says turn into an area with mobile homes, you actually need to go through the fenced-in area on the other side of the road.
