The host is an artist so the place is eclectically decorated. We had fun playing pickleball on the nearby court which was also set up for tennis and basketball

Great stay overall! We had 16-18 people and the property slept us all comfortably with plenty of space to eat and relax. Much cleaner than other places we have stayed as a group. Quiet neighborhood and great hot tub! We would love to come back.

This house had literally everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We felt like it was a very safe neighborhood we didn’t have any problems. It’s so close to many fun things we enjoyed!

Property was accurate to description and photos online. Couch should not be considered as sleeping option for adults.

Perfect End-of-School-Year Getaway! This home was absolutely perfect for a quick end-of-school-year getaway with my kids! The hosts went above and beyond—even creating a small and thoughtful scavenger hunt for my two young kiddos, which they absolutely loved. They were so entertained, they didn’t even want to leave the house! Although the weather was too chilly for us to enjoy the pool, we had a great time exploring Bloomington and taking advantage of the amazing amenities the hosts provided. It was a memorable trip, and I’m already planning to return soon. Highly recommend these wonderful hosts!

This place was absolutely perfect to practice for our wedding and get ready in for one of the best days of our life! It was so clean and the rooms were set up very nicely. We loved being able to have a deck to sit on with the nice weather we had. Colleen was also super nice with communication for us to not have as much not needed stress

Absolutely wonderful for families - lots of room for everyone! My kids loved the pool! Lots of thoughtful extras - the snacks in the kitchen were so nice after a long travel day. You can tell they want you to feel at home.

We loved our stay here. The house has so many rooms, we could have fit more. The different locations of the rooms was great for multiple families. The backyard was the biggest hit (the second was the hot tub) - with multiple playgrounds and lots of room, our kids spent most of the time out there. The dining area had plenty of room and chairs. The host was so friendly whenever we saw him. We would definitely have a reunion here again!

The house was beautifully decorated, modern and clean! Very convenient location to downtown Bloomington and IU campus.

Comfortable spacious home right on the regional airport property. Home was exactly as described on listing. It was unique, enjoyable, and close to shops & restaurants. About 15 mins from IU, but we didn’t need to be near the campus. The house was plenty big for us to spread out and enjoy the big TV. The pots and pans in the kitchen were very handy, but when shopping, be sure to buy basics like cooking oil, salt/pepper, & coffee. A dishwasher would’ve been handy, but to avoid washing, we just brought paper plates and cups. We eat a lot! The shower water had great water pressure and got comfortably hot. Lots of towels and linens too. We appreciated the blackout blinds in the bedrooms as it got quite sunny early in the mornings. Beds were comfy too I like a little reading lamp at my bedside, but there was only one lamp like that in the sitting room. I took it with me to the bedroom every night just so I can read & turn it off easily. Kristine was responsive & helpful. Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. His place was close to Bloomington and perfect for our weekend. His home was extremely clean and exactly as described. We would definitely stay with him again on our next trip to the area.

This is a wonderful house in a great location. It is very close to campus, and allowed us to walk everywhere easily. Great coffee shops in the immediate area. We loved the little touches throughout the house such as the coffee and teabags in the kitchen, and first aid kit and other in the bathrooms. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was nothing short of excellent. Bryant’s place was clean, quaint, cozy, and quiet. We would recommend to anyone and was just what we were looking for!

We had an excellent stay here! I was the MOH in a wedding and we all got ready here the morning of the wedding and had the bridesmaids stay the night. Beautiful home and the two bathrooms were very helpful. Clean and bright living spaces. Very well stocked with things like plates/kitchen utensils/ironing board/shampoo/conditioner. plenty of seating for our group. We had a lot of cars which we expected but Mary Claire was great about communicating where we could park and what was available. Would stay again!

Mom’s weekend and it fit three moms and 3 college girls perfectly. The perfect space with great details such as coffee, linens, etc. would definitely rent again. Hot tub was clean and well maintained.

This house perfectly fit the 4 of us! It was so clean and decorated nicely. Had everything we needed and was close to everything we did in town! The neighborhood was great and in such a peaceful area! I recommend trying out the porch swing and soaking up some Vitamin D. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are a small group looking to stay overnight or a short weekend! Lori was always quick to respond and the communication was always immediate for anything we needed! Check this place out if you can!

We enjoyed our stay! The space is clean and just as advertised in the photos. When we are back in Bloomington, we hope to stay here again.

Great place to stay for graduation weekend at IU. The pictures of this home don’t do the place justice! We all thought this place was gorgeous and super clean. The location was peaceful and a 20 minute drive to campus. The bedrooms are large and beautifully decorated, the only thing missing is full sized mirrors. Would definitely stay here again!!

The place was fantastic! It was nice, clean, and comfortable. Everything was new and updated with a lot of space for gathering. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and very roomy Airbnb! We have stayed at several and this is the most well stocked kitchen we have been in!! We do a lot of cooking and found everything we needed!! We did take our own crockpot, but that was very minor! The house was immaculate! We were there with Family for a wedding but enjoyed the nearby parks and restaurants! Very easy check in! We would definitely stay there if we return to Bloomington

The location is excellent. We had a small issue with the lockbox—would recommend updating it to a more modern option. The ping pong table and bidet were great touches that added to our stay. The bed was a bit squeaky and not the most comfortable. Also, the basement was chilly. If you tend to get cold and are visiting during cooler months, definitely pack warm clothes since there’s no separate thermostat downstairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

This was the perfect place to stay! My husband and I chose this Airbnb for our honeymoon and it could not have been more perfect! It was perfectly private, with the cutest herd of cows across the street. We were lucky enough to see a group of deer in the yard as well. There’s also a lovely little creek that runs across the front of the yard. It’s super close to town as well. We would love to stay here again!

Great location. A few blocks from the Square. We were able to walk down to all of the restaurants and to the Sample Gates with ease. Nice grassy area in the backyard for the doggies to run around in. 3 bedrooms, 1 large full bath with plenty of hot water, cozy living with big screen TV that was already logged into Netflix and Hulu. Snacks, coffee, and bottled water were also provided. Plenty of towels available. Fully stocked kitchen with plates, cups, silverware, cooking essentials, spices, etc. Dishwasher, microwave, and full size refrigerator were also convenient. We really enjoyed staying here and would stay here again. Tip for future renters: there is parking available in the back of the house, but it has to be accessed through the alley. Not a big deal, but helpful to know. There is a drawing included in the listing that shows how to access the backyard. Was more convenient for us than parking on the street while carrying in luggage and unloading our pups. 5 Stars!
