Sarah's place is so peaceful and the house is spacious with a great layout for families - we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back when we get the chance. Sarah was a wonderful host - very quick to respond, super accommodating and she made great local recommendations for our family. The property feels rural but is a very quick (less than 10 min) drive into town to explore all the shops, restaurants, and town amenities Wimberley has to offer. Next time we'll book during the summer so we can use the beautiful pool!

Rose and her husband are the nicest, kindest people to know! They have welcomed me and my 4 yr old to their home and have been wonderful! They told us all about this beautiful peaceful town we have come to love. The community is kind and beautiful. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, with good food, good shops, lots of wonderful trails, water holes, etc. this is the place to be! The camper is perfect to stay in a minimalist way, cooking outdoors and hanging out under the beautiful trees. If you stay here Rose is such a great host!

Beautiful, quiet location within minutes of Wimberley. The apartment was comfortable and private. We appreciated Terry checking in on us shortly after we arrived and giving us local recommendations. A book with instructions and local information is also available.

My daughters and I stayed in Roy's beautiful home for 11 nights while in town from Alabama for Math Camp. Everything about our experience was absolutely wonderful. Roy is responsive, attentive, understanding and caring. His home is exactly as described and tastefully decorated with all the Texas charm! We arrived very late on the first night but when I woke up and pulled back the curtains in the living room, we were met with a family of deer. Just past the deer was the gorgeous view of Canyon Lake. Our hearts were full!! We prepared many meals in the kitchen. Every appliance I needed was there, which was a pleasant surprise because I'd forgotten to inquire about that before booking. There is PLENTY to do in the immediate area as well as surrounding towns/cities. If you'd prefer to just relax, that's more than possible as well. Simply sitting out enjoying the sun set with the animals approaching the patio for treats is perfectly peaceful!! The neighbors are all kind too!!!
