Monthly Rentals in Black Point

I had a lovely stay at David and Nancy's cottage. The cottage was roomy, spotlessly clean and fully equipped (the kitchen had a few items in it that I don't even have in my own kitchen). It was comfortable and convenient and David and Nancy were responsive, kind and generous. I would definitely stay with them again the next time I am in Hubbards. (I'd come back just for Nancy's homemade chocolate mints!)

Nicole’s house was very welcoming and very spacious . She had stocked with a lot of stuff and we didn’t need anything from outside . It was a very cozy and a very clean house . It was a beautiful place exactly as described in the pictures . Nicole was very responsive to my messages . The house was very well kept . The beds were very comfy and even the linens were great . We were very comfortable while sleeping . I would definitely want to stay there again and again !

We really enjoyed our stay at Emerson’s trailer! It was in a perfect location overlooking the beach! It was within walking distance to Cleveland beach and about a 5 min drive to Queensland and other beaches. The trailer its self was in good working condition and very clean . There were tight corners in the bathroom and bedroom but that’s to be expected with a trailer so we didn’t mind at all. We do have a few suggestions for the trailer: my partner and I were looking for baking sheet pans, a cheese grater and mixing bowls to make our meals with. As well as more comfortable lounge deck chairs to sit outside longer. By incorporating these kitchen items and chairs this would allow guests more options to cook in the trailer and sit outside to take in the view. Overall, Emerson was very friendly, helpful and responded quickly. We highly recommend his place and we hope to return soon!

We were in town with our 11 and 13 year old boys and this was the PERFECT spot for kids! The boys played basketball, went to the beach, did some kayaking, used the bikes & scooters. We also took advantage of the bonfire pit each night. This is a fantastic spot for families with plenty of activities to keep you busy both outdoors and indoors (tons of different games available to play). The only suggestion I have is that there be more pans to use. We had one small pan for the weekend which was challenging when cooking large meals for 4 people (we had to cook bacon, clean the pan, then cook sausages, clean the pan, then cook our eggs for example). Other than that TINY inconvenience this spot is well worth the money! Ethel was extremely responsive, friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home and will likely return!
