I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Sabine’s lovely home. Tucked away in a peaceful neighbourhood slightly outside the city centre, the location offered the perfect balance of tranquillity and convenience. Public transport—both bus and tram—was just a short walk away, making it easy to access the heart of the city and explore the surroundings. The bedroom, toilet/shower room, and kitchen are flawlessly clean. Sabine was an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and always ready to help with thoughtful guidance and local tips. Her communication was prompt and clear, and her hospitality truly made the stay feel special. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a calm, comfortable, and well-connected base in the area.

My stay with Heike, Stephan and their two furry friends (+ Ramses in memoriam) was a thoroughly pleasant one and will remain a positive memory for me. For every little concern, there is a sympathetic ear and the family atmosphere has made my homesickness for my children more bearable. The cottage is perfectly equipped and you can tell that the planning and furnishing was thought through, what exactly is needed without much excess. Heike is an impressive personality with a lot of life experience, a lot of knowledge for detail and has a calm aura. When my children visited, they also felt very comfortable and enjoyed watching the chickens in their own garden. I can recommend the accommodation with the best of conscience and would come back anytime.

I got sick the day I arrived, and couldn't have picked a better location, because the nearest grocer was only 5 minutes walk away. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and private, but still only 15 minutes from the nearest mall and many food options. Maybe that's normal for this area. I don't know, but I was happy. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my meals for the week and instructions were provided in detail for foreigners who are not used to the recycling process, which I greatly appreciated. The specific room I booked with the two beds, I will say, is more private and more spacious than the single room, and stays cooler because it receives less sunshine. Honestly I have no complaints and hope I didn't keep anyone up late from my coughing. Oops.

It was a great stay in Berlin. The location, not even ten minutes to the subway, is very good. Alexanderplatz can be reached in just under 30 minutes. The accommodation is located in the countryside. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is available. Thanks to our hosts!
