Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Beverly Hills

We stayed in this beautiful bungalow just off of Santa Monica Blvd. We adored the location and the serenity of the home. We were in town for the pride parade and this location was the perfect spot to grab rest and or put your feet up amongst the festivities. We will absolutely come back and visit and look forward to our next stay. Adam

Irina was an excellent host and the Airbnb was perfect. The bed and linens was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioner gets as cold as you want it to. The neighborhood is very peaceful, esp in the mornings. In the hills, it's a perfect place to walk around, and the neighbors were friendly. Irina as a host was super responsive and accommodating. Checking in was a breeze and she also helped us with a few requested that weren't listed. The Internet was also very fast. Solid solid spot for the $$

The building was a bit old, but it had been beautifully renovated and was very clean. It came with a fully equipped kitchen and shower facilities, making it a comfortable place to stay. On weekend evenings, it could be a bit noisy due to events happening nearby, but the location was really convenient — cafes and shopping streets were close by. I also recommend it as a great base for visiting attractions like Universal Studios and Hollywood landmarks!

We had a wonderful stay at Bianca’s place. She was exceptionally responsive and helpful whenever we reached out to her. The place is exactly as it is described. We particularly enjoyed being able to walk to so many great restaurants. Also, Pavillions (supermarket) is a short walk to pick up supplies. We would book this again!

I really enjoyed my stay. I felt very safe. It was quiet. The bed is very comfortable. This place was perfect in location for me because my son lives less than 10 minutes away. In the book they provided, was pretty much everything there is to do in the area and then some. I was centrally located to everything. I would stay here again. The MOST important thing to me was feeling safe...in the home and in the area.

Our stay at Allie’s place was a very enjoyable experience. The cottage exceeded our expectations in terms of location, amenities, and comfort. It was easy to get to our nearby graduation events & family gatherings, and then return to the cozy cottage in the evening. It really started to feel like home. Allie was also a very reliable and responsive host, offered great advice, and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely return here on a future trip to LA.

Amazing location - very walkable to all the great restaurants, groceries, etc. The place was quiet, cozy, and everything was as described. Jeff was a great host with quick responses.

We stayed as a family and LOVED Mike's place. Can't believe how close we were to Rodeo Dr! The place was spotless and exactly as described. It had the most comfortable bed and couches and little touches were really special. Parking was easy! The neighborhood is a 10. Quiet and relaxing. We got great sleep. Honestly better than a hotel and exceeded expectations.

Very comfortable stay, and the location can’t be beat! While the apartment is steps away from dining on Melrose, the street is wooded, peaceful, and quiet. The neighborhood is lovely and walkable. Would stay again!

5 stars – Excellent Stay in Los Angeles! I had a fantastic stay at Joon’s place! The location was perfect — close to everything I needed while still feeling quiet and safe. The unit itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. What really made the experience stand out was Joon. He was an exceptional host — incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout my stay. He made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting LA. I’d definitely stay here again!

This is a great find for people that want to stay in or near West Hollywood. The listing was an exact match to what you actually get. Maggie was very quick to respond to any questions. The views from the apartment and rooftop were to die for! The space is excellent for a couple. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Awesome place! So nice to find a quiet place to relax in peaceful surroundings, far removed from the everyday stress that is LA, yet convenient to get to places you want/need to go. Hosts let you be in peace, but are available and responsive to requests for assistance and welcome you with thoughtful goodies that make you feel comfortable and at home.

We had a very comfortable stay at Amy’s. The room was just as described and met all our needs. The place is clean and equipped with all basic necessities. I also had a brief interaction with Amy, she was super sweet and welcoming.

The apartment is located right in the middle of DTLA, with most major sights within a 20-minute walk. While parts of Broadway and some sections east of it are a bit sketchy, the building itself checks the identity of everyone entering and feels very safe. Parking is in a garage across the street, which also feels safe. The apartment is spacious, with tall ceilings and lots of light. The bedroom isn't fully separate (only a half wall) so it gets light and noise from the main area in the mornings (eye mask and earplugs will be good for the person who sleeps later). The kitchen area is modern, with good counter space and appliances. Giselle and Ali were excellent hosts, very responsive and helpful. They provided lots of local tips and quickly addressed any questions or minor issues.

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Wonderful place. Only unfortunate thing is that we were right next to the main entrance so we heard people coming in and out. It only sucked because i was up and i got scared but would have never noticed if i was asleep. Wish i had time to visit the rooftop. It is a must stay. Host is very friendly and responsive. She made sure I was okay even though she was dealing with an 8 hr time difference. That’s service! Close to the beach.

The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. It had everything you need and everything was very well organized and easy to find. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Loved the rooftop pool. Very convenient location, close to Dodger Stadium (Go Blue!). Host easy to communicate with. Front desk people super cool. Was nice to have parking too. Would stay again. Be sure to read about the history of this building. Super interesting.

Everything was perfect! Sam is extremely polite, gentle and was available a 100% of the time! The place is extremely clean and comfortable! It’s located in a great street and quiet street in West Hollywood and also, it’s close to everything. I recommend it to everyone and I’d definitely stay there again!
