Holiday rentals with a patio in Beverly Hills

I had a great stay at this lovely place in Los Angeles! The location is super convenient — close to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transport. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the comfortable bed — perfect after long days exploring the city. Wi-Fi was fast, and everything I needed was provided. The house is very well designed, you can feel the host's thoughtfulness everywhere, the host has prepared everything for you.The location is good, and there are restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful two bedroom home. The house is thoughtfully stocked with every amenity you could think of including spices, utensils, coffee, tea, soft tissues, toiletries, towels, napkins, and more. Everything was so well prepared, it felt like home the moment we arrived.The interiors are beautifully decorated with lots of natural light throughout the space. The beds were incredibly comfortable with high quality duvets and linens, perfect for relaxing after long days of exploring. There’s even a touch of glamour in the design that made it feel extra special. The bathroom was very clean, spacious, and well-designed, with a great walk-in shower.The location is unbeatable. Just a quick 5 to 7 minute drive to amazing restaurants like Café Gratitude, Butcher’s Daughter, Pizzeria Sei, and Chaumont Vegan. 20 to 30 mins ride to all tourist spots. Supermarkets and pharmacies are also conveniently located. It’s a very safe and peaceful neighborhood!

Wow!! So glad we found Eitay’s place! It was perfect and we loved staying there. The location had an incredible view, very nice neighborhood, and a great area. The beds were comfortable and they had so many comforts of home that were greatly appreciated. The owners provided great instructions and were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

And older home which was renovated nicely with artistic flair. Very quiet and safe neighborhood close to the shopping and restaurants. The kitchen is great and the beds were super comfortable. Exactly what we needed as a family displaced from the palisades fire.

Wonderful home with a lovely patio and pool, which is great for kids. Kaitlin provided detailed instructions for everything in the home and had a list of recommended restaurants for delivery and eating out which was extremely helpful. Home is walking distance from Von’s grocery store. Plenty of space for my family of 4 and I would reserve Kaitlin’s home again!

The building was a bit old, but it had been beautifully renovated and was very clean. It came with a fully equipped kitchen and shower facilities, making it a comfortable place to stay. On weekend evenings, it could be a bit noisy due to events happening nearby, but the location was really convenient — cafes and shopping streets were close by. I also recommend it as a great base for visiting attractions like Universal Studios and Hollywood landmarks!

The home exceeding my expectations. It is well decorated and cares for with many nice features including the kitchen, bathrooms, beds, and outdoor porch accessed through a sliding wall of glass. A great place for coffee every morning, dinner and wine at night. It was located in a beautiful location with amazing views day and night. Sofia was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. I highly recommend this home in the Hollywood Hills for your stay in LA. Very close to everything. The drive into the hills through winding roads was another exciting feature of the location.

Michael and Tracy were awesome hosts. They gave great instructions, checked on us periodically and went above and beyond in the home. We had a party of 6 and two of us forgot toothbrushes, to our surprise they had toothbrushes for guests. They had a variety of products in the bathrooms, extra towels, blankets and plenty of seating in the home. Home was cozy and nice on the eyes. The backyard was a dream, private and gorgeous with the most spectaculat foliage. Pool was a good size too. Beds were comfy, sheet we soft and pillows were just right. Plenty of everything you needed to have in the kitchen, a marvelous grill outdoors with plenty of seathing out there as well. I can’t highly recommend this unit enough. Thank you Michael and Tracy for sharing your wonderful home!

Great place in quiet Laurel Canyon. You're in the center of LA but it feels like a mountain retreat. Close to everything, yet a world apart. A wonderful home away from home.

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

Navid is a responsive host with a very nice property. The rooms are well equipped and the listing is accurate with respect to actual experience.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
