Kimberly was very warm and welcoming, and she makes you felt right at home. Definitely an ideal spot if you go to Sofi/Forum events. I’ll likely book her place again for future LA stops

Very Good host beautiful home very Quiet

Randy was the best host we could ever wish for. We shared the appreciation for good coffee, Randy was always helping out with great suggestions and also took us out for breakfast. He was available all the time, if there were any questions we could text him and the answer would be there a few minutes later. All in all it was a pleasure to stay at Randy's beautiful home, we'd definitely recommend it :)

Marlon and Jonathan are genuinely kind and attentive hosts who clearly put care into everything they do. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and has a peaceful, homey feel. Their dog is super cute and derpy and loves pets, and the toddler and baby girl bring a joyful energy to the place. There’s also a long-term tenant on the property — a sweet and gentle grandmother. She's wonderful. It felt like being at home with my own family. I’m grateful for the experience and would happily recommend staying here to anyone looking for a kind-hearted, welcoming environment. Good soundproofing. I never once heard the baby while in my room. The location is also good. Quiet neighborhood, feels quite safe. It's a 5-min walk to the bus stop at Culver and Centinela, and about 15 minutes walk the other direction to a lovely park that includes tennis courts, basketball court, and a dog park where you can go and play with the puppies.

Our stay at Jonathan's house was exceptional! The property matched the description perfectly and exceeded our expectations. Jonathan's parents were incredibly welcoming, quick to respond to any questions, and always available to help when needed. The fantastic experience and hospitality made this place a true gem. I'll definitely be booking this property again on my future trips to LA

An overall nice experience! The home is in a safe neighborhood and near to many tourist spots. Glad to use the garage that comes with the home, solved our headaches with parking!

It would be hard to find a better location in Long Beach—one that’s walking distance to the beach and the best restaurants in town. The property and neighborhood had charm. The space was as described and perhaps even more spacious than anticipated. One of the more kind and responsive owners I’ve encountered. Would rent again!

Great stay at Maria’s place! It’s a sunny, comfy apartment with ocean breezes. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed for a dark vibe for sleeping in but also the apartment in general had lots of light and fresh air. Lots to walk to including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. And super convenient to a grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

Where to start! This Airbnb is absolutely amazing I was upgraded to a new unit which was perfect for me and my partner. But it was everything and more, this Airbnb is clean, beautiful, quiet with so much character. You’ll have so many amazing and delicious places to eat. As well as entertainment with the aquarium or even the Catalina boat ride to Santa Catalina island. There so much to do within the location of the Airbnb. You will not regret it! Definitely returning soon 10/10❤️

Keith’s Place Was Perfect For Just The 2 Of Us And Was Very Private Which We Loved

The place was very nice and comfortable, felt right at home. All amenities were there and everything was within walking distance. It’s small but not too small just right for vacation in Long Beach. 100% recommend to anyone that needs a get away and lounge around at home!

Alex is one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve come across. I had lots of questions and he was so flexible with all my requests. If we return to Disney I would definitely stay again (however keep in mind it isn’t a walkable distance to Disney if that’s your purpose) Such a cute place!

A super kind and considerate host!

Selina’s place was very convenient for getting back and forth to Pasadena and Echo Park. The off street parking was great, and there was also plenty of street parking available. The main room was nice (bonus for the mini fridge), but our friend felt a little tight in the smaller room. But the value was good and Selina was very responsive. We would definitely stay again if we needed easy access to Pasadena.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

We stayed in suite 7, and it was STUNNING. It was so worth the price we paid to stay there. Everything was clean, and the hosts are so quick with responses! They were amazing to work with, we will be coming back!

The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. It had everything you need and everything was very well organized and easy to find. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This place was spectacular. My fiance and I really enjoyed this cozy spot and everything was as described. Place has a vintage look and feel to it that I really loved. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife that we’re walking distance. Cynthia, I would like to say you are awesome! You were so responsive to our messages and just made our stay much more comfortable. Again thank you for everything.

Short trip to Pasadena area and found this lovely place. Location is convenient with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Also, it was easy to get on highway to downtown LA and the beaches. We had a group of 3 and stayed very comfortably. The Airbnb is exactly as described. Host is very responsive and gave a list of recommendations for the area. Definitely recommend and would stay again for future visits!

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Loved the rooftop pool. Very convenient location, close to Dodger Stadium (Go Blue!). Host easy to communicate with. Front desk people super cool. Was nice to have parking too. Would stay again. Be sure to read about the history of this building. Super interesting.
