The house is located on the top of the hill and has great views. Location is super quiet and peaceful. Big house with a nice patio, backyard was very spacious and a perfect place to relax and chill. Tomer was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again

As a former LA resident, staying at this pristine property in Canoga Hills felt like coming home. The space is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Jade was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend opting for the pool warming—it’s absolutely worth it! The pool itself is immaculate and the perfect way to enjoy a beautiful LA day. The home is also fully stocked with all the linens and essentials you could need. I would absolutely stay here again!

Paulina’s place is great for all kinds of LA tourists. Very safe neighborhood with In-n-out, 24hour CVS, panda express in walking distance. Getty museum, Universal studios, Santa monica, name it, and you will get there within an hour drive. Perfectly quiet and peaceful terrace made me feel relaxed. Clean kitchen and rooms made me feel at home. Thank you so much for kind support.

Amazing views! Beautiful home and will definitely stay here again. Warning: The parking in the garage is extremely tight. There is a high probability that you may scratch the sides of your car if you are not careful. Accept this fact if you want to stay here. However, the beauty of this place and the amazing views will help you recover from your frustration with the tight parking spot. Rent a small car and it might not be as bad.

I had an amazing stay at Yehuda’s place! The home was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described—actually, even better in person. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Yehuda was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, even was open to providing local recommendations for our trip. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting!

We had a fantastic stay at this home - it was the perfect retreat for four of us and a pup. The spacious backyard was a dream for our dog, and the four bedrooms offered plenty of comfort and privacy for both couples. Silvia was a responsive and thoughtful host, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We’d absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped space for a group of friends or family.

Edgar was very responsive after our previous Airbnb fell through, he responded right away and allowed us to check in early. Tommy was a fantastic host - incredibly responsive and flexible for check in/check out. The house worked perfectly for our group of friends & couples, despite only have two bathrooms. The parking was beyond convenient and felt safe the entire time.

Its a family home at its finest at the heart of the city. North Hollywood. Peaceful neighborhood. Complete amenities, even kitchen utensils. We stayed at this charming home in Northridge for our wedding weekend, and it was truly perfect in every way. The house itself is warm, inviting, and incredibly accommodating—exactly what we needed for such a special time in our lives. We were hosting an Assyrian-style celebration, and the host went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and supported throughout our stay. From thoughtful touches to clear communication, every detail was handled with care and kindness. The space had everything we needed and more, and it made such a beautiful, cozy backdrop for our wedding prep and family time. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a stress-free, heartwarming stay in Northridge.

Our family of 6 was easily able to spread out when we needed space, yet living and dining areas large enough for us to be together. We made at least 1 meal a day in the kitchen, so we appreciated all the appliances & cookware (close to Ralph’s for grocery purposes & no issues with delivery finding the home when we went that route). Comfortable beds for all. Grateful for the laundry room. Beautiful views from the deck & yard. Easy check in and out process. Would recommend!

My family of 5 stayed here for a week-long getaway. The views, the room to spread out, and the proximity made this an ideal property for our family vacation. Would highly recommend the property and would stay again!

Johnny was a great host. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and is walking distance to a decent diner (Nat's). home was clean, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, huge fridge, and stove if you plan on cooking. Yard was a nice play to relax and the swimming pool was very clean. Samsung TVs were in almost every room in the home. The home is a nice location for large families or groups, although my stay was short it I enjoyed my stay with my friends. Would recommend.

We booked the place for our sons graduation at Chapman. It was perfect for family and friends to stay and pop in and enjoy each others company! It was not as close as I hoped for walking to things but super easy and convenient. Less than a 10 minute drive to campus. Our son lived close to campus so we could park at his house to walk to all the campus graduation events so this was totally fine. The pool, the games, the covered outdoor seating and the spaciousness of the place made it so easy and fun. The house was spotless, the beds super comfortable and the hosts thought of everything with pool towels, games, sunscreen etc. I'd definitely book again!

Andrew was a great host, always responsive, and has thought of everything in the house to create a perfect comfortable stay. He proactively arraigned an early check in time for us since our flight arrived early in the day, which was so nice. Upon arrival, the house and pool area were clean and welcoming. We were there for my daughter’s graduation from Chapman with multiple family members and had plenty of space in the house to hang out together and separately. The pool/hot tub space is amazing, with lots of poolside seating, night time lights and plenty of pool towels. We had a graduation celebration cookout with a few of my daughter’s friends and had everything we needed in the kitchen and for the grill to comfortably host a fantastic poolside event. The house is a 5 minute drive to the circle in downtown Orange so it was a perfect location for graduation activities. And only 1/2 hour to Crystal Cove for some beautiful beach time! We were sad to leave & would definitely rent again!!

1st n foremost just wana thank Alan n his family for blessing us w a beautiful home.. it was perfect from the biggest to smallest details.. from the room fans, Netflix, bby toys in the crib, n all the fun swimming pool accessories.. thank u so much.. def booking again this summer..
