The stay in the apartment was excellent, very well located, everything is new, the kitchen is very well equipped with new and modern appliances. There were also basic items available, such as coffee, olive oil, salt, sugar, etc. I loved the apartment, I'll definitely come back more often.

Very comfortable stay, and the location can’t be beat! While the apartment is steps away from dining on Melrose, the street is wooded, peaceful, and quiet. The neighborhood is lovely and walkable. Would stay again!

The house is very well designed, you can feel the host's thoughtfulness everywhere, the host has prepared everything for you.The location is good, and there are restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

The area is beautiful and close to everything we were doing during our vacation. It’s a beautiful neighborhood and the views during the day and at night were great.

Wendy’s home in Los Angeles was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with every amenity we could have needed — from toiletries and kitchen essentials to little extras that made our stay feel special. Wendy was a fantastic host: responsive, kind, and genuinely caring about our comfort. The location was also perfect for exploring the city. We had an extremely good experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

Wow!! So glad we found Eitay’s place! It was perfect and we loved staying there. The location had an incredible view, very nice neighborhood, and a great area. The beds were comfortable and they had so many comforts of home that were greatly appreciated. The owners provided great instructions and were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

It’s been a week since our trip and I’m still raving about this Airbnb! James & Stu’s place was the perfect home base for our weekend getaway. It’s cozy, clean, and downright stunning. To top it off, James & Stu were such thoughtful hosts—and it’s reflected in their home, which had everything we needed and then some. I can’t recommend a stay here enough, and can’t wait for an excuse to come back asap!

Hallgrim was a very gracious host. We were moving from another Airbnb & needed a place to stow our refrigerated food for 3 hours. He easily accommodated that & ultimately said we could just check in early. One caveat - be sure you understand the street parking protocol. It works but it can be tight, especially late at night. We always found a spot but you will need good parallel parking skills. The house is personal & eclectic & you will feel like you are staying at a good friend’s house. This is not the usual “just the basics” corporate Airbnb. It is a home. My daughter & I felt very comfortable staying here & would definitely book it again. The Canyon has a unique history. In addition to looking thru the beautiful coffee table book Hallgrim has left out for his guests to enjoy, you must watch Echo in the Canyon for an extended stroll through the musical history of this unique canyon. You’ll be singing Mamas and Papas songs on your way down to Lilly’s Cafe in no time!

Our stay at Allie’s place was a very enjoyable experience. The cottage exceeded our expectations in terms of location, amenities, and comfort. It was easy to get to our nearby graduation events & family gatherings, and then return to the cozy cottage in the evening. It really started to feel like home. Allie was also a very reliable and responsive host, offered great advice, and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely return here on a future trip to LA.

Arshia’s place is immaculate, with beautiful finishes throughout. The location is perfect for exploring LA—just up the Beverly Hills canyon, with easy access to iconic spots like Sunset, Hollywood homes, and Rodeo Drive. It is also minutes from West Hollywood’s restaurants & shopping. A fantastic stay all around, thank you!

This was the second time we rented this house. Truly accommodating for my family. We are a traveling family of 8 and never felt crowded, everyone had their space. Kitchen was big and spacious, yard was a great place to relax and read. We will definitely stay again. Deborah was a wonderful host easy to message and making sure the house was clean and meticulous for the each guest who reserves the house.

The apartment is located right in the middle of DTLA, with most major sights within a 20-minute walk. While parts of Broadway and some sections east of it are a bit sketchy, the building itself checks the identity of everyone entering and feels very safe. Parking is in a garage across the street, which also feels safe. The apartment is spacious, with tall ceilings and lots of light. The bedroom isn't fully separate (only a half wall) so it gets light and noise from the main area in the mornings (eye mask and earplugs will be good for the person who sleeps later). The kitchen area is modern, with good counter space and appliances. Giselle and Ali were excellent hosts, very responsive and helpful. They provided lots of local tips and quickly addressed any questions or minor issues.

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Wonderful place. Only unfortunate thing is that we were right next to the main entrance so we heard people coming in and out. It only sucked because i was up and i got scared but would have never noticed if i was asleep. Wish i had time to visit the rooftop. It is a must stay. Host is very friendly and responsive. She made sure I was okay even though she was dealing with an 8 hr time difference. That’s service! Close to the beach.

Overall, my stay went pretty smooth. The guests were very helpful and checking out was seamless. The apartment itself was filled with very nice amenities. The living room is very spacious and having parking is a plus. The Airbnb is situated in a nice area. I enjoyed my stay and recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the LA area.

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Loved the rooftop pool. Very convenient location, close to Dodger Stadium (Go Blue!). Host easy to communicate with. Front desk people super cool. Was nice to have parking too. Would stay again. Be sure to read about the history of this building. Super interesting.
