Holiday rentals with beach access in Beverly Hills

Tano’s place is very cute and clean. We appreciated being able to walk a couple blocks to lots of restaurants/bars/shops. Although we didn’t get to spend much time at the apartment since we were on the move the whole time, we would definitely return for a more leisurely stay.

Very clean,didnt feel old and dingy..very peaceful place to relax. The staff was great,the wife and i were out at night out on the terrace and my wife was cold and had forgotten her sweater so one of the staff members brought out a small blanket for her to stay warm..greatly appreciated .. overall a great stay!!

The apartment is very nice and stylish. The location is as described, very central to Venice Beach and just a few minutes' walk from the Santa Monica Pier and Muscle Beach. Parking is possible in the vicinity (we always found a free parking space near Westminster Ave with our pick-up). Communication with the host as well as check-in & check-out worked great. We will be happy to come back sometime!

This is a wonderful, peaceful spot. Especially loved the garden. Book it if you can. It's a 2-minute walk to the ocean, coffee shops, and amazing LA food.

It would be hard to find a better location in Long Beach—one that’s walking distance to the beach and the best restaurants in town. The property and neighborhood had charm. The space was as described and perhaps even more spacious than anticipated. One of the more kind and responsive owners I’ve encountered. Would rent again!

We stayed at Wills place for my Birthday Weekend and we had a great stay. It’s a cozy place suitable for at least 2 people and about a 10 minute walk from restaurants and other activities. Will was very responsive to any questions we had and he even had someone bring us a portable heater when we requested one on a cold night. I recommend staying here for anyone looking to stay in Long Beach

We loved staying here! It was perfect for my husband and I, our 3 month old, and golden doodle. We were able to walk to coffee, restaurants, and the beach, but it was quiet and peaceful. Also, beautifully decorated.

This is our second stay with Clay and would highly recommend his place. Spotless, excellent location at the border of Venice and 1 block from the beach. Restaurants and Cows End Coffee! His place is very comfortable, clean, quiet and cute/charming. Comfy mattresses and linens for good sleeping. I would t pass this one up!

Comfortable, airy, safe, and convenient. Easy parking and access to Venice.

Perfect stay. The property is as described. Super comfortable beds. Clean which is important to myself. The kitchen is well appointed and having access to a washer / dryer was a bonus. Car parking both off and on street too easy. Location is great. I’m familiar with Burbank and loved the fact my favourite eateries were only a few minutes away on Magnolia. Can highly recommend. Odeli is a great host. Very responsive and provided us with all the essential we need for our stay. We were in LA for our son's graduation. We enjoyed the backyard very much. Very cozy inside and outside. My family enjoyed our stay at Odeli's home. We will be back in his home again if I come back to LA in a 💓heartbeat!!!!Thank you for sharing your lovely home with ua.

What a perfect place to stay! Miray’s place had everything we needed and more. It was comfortable and spacious and very clean. There was enough in walking distance too! Great place to stay with our family including toddler. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I were down in LA for a surgery and couldn't have found a better place to stay. It was close to Ventura Blvd where you can get access to some great places to eat or other groceries so you can cook at the house. We had an excellent time and Lisa, as a host, matched the excellence of this home. My wife and I have already discussed coming back down to visit and potentially bring some family along. You will not be disappointed!

Everything was perfect.

The location is fantastic and very close to Santa Monica. I really enjoyed the stay and Chantal was very responsive and with everything that I needed she delivered it quickly! The room was clean and the space is very homey and private.

Selina’s place was very convenient for getting back and forth to Pasadena and Echo Park. The off street parking was great, and there was also plenty of street parking available. The main room was nice (bonus for the mini fridge), but our friend felt a little tight in the smaller room. But the value was good and Selina was very responsive. We would definitely stay again if we needed easy access to Pasadena.

We had a wonderful time staying at Nicole's place! It's great for groups and plenty of entertainment for teens/kids. Would definitely stay again.

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

The property was very beautiful in a walkable neighborhood of Manhattan Beach, close to almost anything you could think of. When we arrived the place was definitely cleaned and ready to go. MB is one of my favorite places so to have found this last minute only a min or so walk from the beach was awesome! Check in was breezy and we seemed to have our own privacy which was key! This was a mother-son trip .I will give it to them the property is clean and in a perfect area. Upon check in the replies were a bit impersonal. Didnt really get the welcome to MB from the host i have experienced with past airbnbs. Got a “yea we have basics” reply to my question about pots and pans and although this didnt affect the stay in any way there was a moment or 2 i was second guessing the vibe, when the host did reply it was short and concise(to the point) Also it definitely gets a bit hot inside, and the AC could have been more efficient but what do u expect in LA😎☀️🕶️ We would live here its great

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

This place was spectacular. My fiance and I really enjoyed this cozy spot and everything was as described. Place has a vintage look and feel to it that I really loved. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife that we’re walking distance. Cynthia, I would like to say you are awesome! You were so responsive to our messages and just made our stay much more comfortable. Again thank you for everything.

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at Miguels! The location was perfect for our first getaway as a new family of 3! Place was clean, well stocked for anything we needed including a pack and play and stuff for a beach day. We would come stay again. Thank you for making this a wonderful trip!
