Monthly Rentals in Bethel

Great location for our parents weekend at our daughter's school close by. Our stay was perfect. We wanted for nothing. Host was friendly and communicated well. The property was well maintained, quiet, and private. We definitely want to stay again soon. Very thankful for Barry for sharing and trusting us with his beautiful property.

This was a great spot for a place to crash after a few days on the hill. Clean and cozy and only minutes from Sunday River. Would stay again!

Great place to stay so close to Sunday river! Wonderful to be within close driving distance of the mountain. Comfortably slept 4 people for a weekend. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend staying here for a ski trip or whatever else.

Kevin was extremely responsive. The house is in a great location. very good set up a fire pit on the deck! loved it. didn't have to go far from the door . there is a fire pit in the yard . we had a group of 8. and we all loved it
