Very spacious and cozy apartment, we went in 6 people and we were quite comfortable. The kitchen is complete and equipped, we don't need to take anything. We went on the extended April holiday and arrived there and surprised us with the impeccable cleaning, the house is beyond what is seen in the photos, a very pleasant, quiet environment. We hired the part of the secretary of the home, Mrs. Rosângela, who was a love of person, very kind, helpful, impeccable, we always arrived from the beach the house was impeccable, extremely reliable !!! The house is close to the beach ! My family and I love the place and will definitely be back soon ! We stayed for 4 days in this wonderful house Even before the booking was confirmed, Cristiano had already helped me a lot, answering all my questions and helping me with everything I needed. Check-in and check-out were perfect with Da. Laucildes, very attentive, polite and helping with everything, making our stay easier. The house is PERFECT, very cozy and quiet. The common areas are integrated, making socializing perfect even with people doing different things at the same time. The condominium is very good, safe, beautiful, wooded and quiet. The rooms are great, the beds are also great and all with air-conditioning that works perfectly. The bathrooms are complete. The pool is a delight, always very clean, the pool attendant goes every morning to clean it, which guarantees perfect use. To conclude my review, this choice was a 1000 Congratulations to Cristiano

The stay at Evelyn's place was wonderful. Very close to the beach (5 minutes walk), all the windows and doors have a protective screen and the mattresses are excellent. The condominium is quiet and the pool is clean. The beach is super structured and quiet, in addition to the kiosks, has bathrooms, showers, sand volleyball courts and children's playground. Nearby there are markets, pharmacies, bakeries and leisure options. I'll definitely be back soon.

Beautiful house, brand new with everything good quality. Quiet and easy to access location. The only point is that the coffee filter and noodle drainer stand was missing. The house, as he says in the ad, is a bit far from the beach, and the path to the best beach has a climb in the beginning. But you can go and get back on foot, no problem. The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

The home was charming and was really nice but the views and location are beyond description. I have seen very few properties around the world this beautiful. Words won’t do it justice so I’ll be brief . The only thing better was the staff. Juninho and Rosa are the best asset this property has and that’s saying a lot. We loved the house! Our stay was great! Spacious, comfortable and organized house! All of us mainly children love heated pool! Full kitchen we don't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, potable filtered water (no need to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with the tent assembly! We missed some more beach chairs to be made available, but it went well because we used the chairs of the beach stalls! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, slide in the pool that there was no time to enjoy everything! Tv didn't even have time to call! Dayane is a great host, responds quickly by being very polite always, gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!

Beautiful house in a quiet condominium near Toque Pequeno beach. Perfect for groups of up to 8 people, with 4 spacious suites, full kitchen and private leisure area. Contact with Gildeci was very easy and she made us feel right at home. Recommended!
