Monthly Rentals in Benton

This was an awesome little place for my wife and I to stay for a night. Extremely clean, tidy and very comfortable. The beautiful surroundings and peaceful cows are an added bonus!! The best of both worlds too with it only being a 10 minute ride to town. Highly recommend!!

We’ve stayed many times at the fingerlakes and Kellils has definitely been our favorite spot so far. Kellil was super responsive to anything we asked or needed. The property was awesome, we got to walk the farm and see all of the animals apart of the petting zoo. She even let us see some new born piglets! Being within minutes from Seneca lake wine trails it’s a great place to stay and we will definitely come back.

So glad we got to stay here! What a great space with everything you could need and more. The instructions you left were perfect - recommendations are spot on - the maps and guides were so helpful! I appreciated that you are one of the few Airbnb’s that didn’t use febreeze to clean with - I’m allergic so it was such an amazing surprise that you used all of the same things I use to clean with in my own home! Absolutely loved the coffee and the body wash too! Check in and check out were super simple and the place was so close to some of the best wineries, restaurants and destinations. Scout was 1 minute away, Kemmeter was 4 minutes away with those incredible dumplings at Sans, Bravery was just a tiny bit further and Geneva was 15 minutes away. We are planning to come back in November and will be checking availability for sure. And THANK YOU for the solar light!!!! It’s so cool! We can’t wait to use it in our home and we’ll have it to remember you. Will be hitting you up for some soap.

My girlfriend and I were in Penn Yan for a wedding. Paulina’s place was in a great location quick drive to downtown and the lake. We were only a single couple but there is plenty of room for two couples; the unit is overall spacious, two large bedrooms, 3/4 bath + additional 1/2 bath. Good value, I would recommend.
