Monthly Rentals in Beaucatcher Mountain

This place was amazing! Jennifer was responsive and extremely welcoming! All of her recommendations were so good and we didn’t even get to all of them! The apartment was so nice and comfortable! We rented the home for 30 days. The home provided plenty of space for me, my husband, and an adult child who traveled with us (and one guest visitor) having two levels worked out perfectly. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, with a generous amount of toiletries, towels, linens, and cooking items. The home's cathedral ceilings provided ample light during the day, though the surrounding property is quite wooded. This is a great place if you need a long-term stay, as it's just 5-10 minutes down Town Mountain Road to reach the grocery store, Whole Foods, or Trader Joe's. Downtown Asheville access is just as quick. The architectural design of the home is delightful with lots of repurposed wood--like a sliding door that said "Lunchroom". The beds and pillows were comfy. For those of you who like bear sightings, this is the place for you. We saw bears almost daily (especially on trash day) but they didn't bother us. The neighbors we met were very friendly and helpful.

I was completely blown away by the picture perfect place that we walked into! Amanda was incredible and responsive and made us feel right at home, even gave us local recommendations! 100% recommend if you want to see Asheville the local way! Thank you forever Amanda!

Cozy place with beautiful, private surroundings. We enjoyed the mountain view, bear sightings, and fireflies! Very convenient to Asheville and local hikes. Much appreciated!
