Monthly Rentals in Bay Village, Boston

This place did great for our small group. The location is perfect, the house instructions were easy, and checkout was a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and tea (nice touch!) and the bathroom was stocked with soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other amenities. I would be happy to stay there again.

Excellent location! Prudential center , national library, Back bay station and New burry st are within 10min walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Beds are big and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!

very cute flat in a central neighborhood that was both quiet, and close to many interesting things, and several transit lines. would definitely consider staying here again!

The home is lovely and can almost imagine living in the 1800’s with the beautifully restored federalist row houses. It is the perfect spot as a jump off to any Boston adventures. So walkable, close to transit and a plethora of dining and entertainment options. The parking spot is very tight as advertised. Our Subaru Legacy rental was too wide as a reference point. Could just barely squeeze in but doors would not open. This is mentioned in the ad and I knew the car was right at the max width. If you have a larger rental or vehicle, there are two parking garages both less than 4 minute walks that fix that issue. Do not miss out on this gem over a parking space, you have options and honestly with the city being so walkable and great public transit the car did not move the entire time we were in Boston. Tim is very responsive great host.
