Robyn's property is a real gem, especially for the angler , quite peaceful location right next to the lough , bawnboy itself is only a 10 min walk which has a local shop and the keepers arms , short drive to the larger town of ballinamore , full of restaurants bars and a Tesco , with in easy driving distance to lots of sights in Cavan , Leitrim and Fermanagh - Robyn is very friendly and his two Labrador dogs are awesome , the property itself was spotless with everything you could want for a home from home - I'll be going back for sure

We really enjoyed coming back from long walks in Northern Ireland to a quiet cabin with only lambs and green fields nearby. If there is a car,then this is an ideal place for a vacation. We lived for 2 weeks. We bought everything you need in the nearest town. The house is equipped with everything necessary for cooking and accommodation. And most importantly - the house is very well heated,there is no dampness at all. We recommend!!!

Me and my family stayed here, we booked for four nights and omg, we loved it, Great location, fab view and oh so peaceful. Really couldn't ask for more. House was as described and had everything you needed and could ask for. Special treat was the use of kayak's provided that me and my daughter used and quite literally had the most beautiful and enjoyable time of our lives. Also provided was a fishing rod in the house and I aso had the most enjoyable time fishing with my son ... I couldn't ask for more really, so it's a 10 out of 5 for us.
