Monthly Rentals in Bath

We loved everything about this home and our short stay in Bath at the cabin. I wish we had a few more days to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the forest and river. Loved having two full bathrooms - a big bonus!

The Place was absolutely gorgeous. Extremely private and secluded cabin right by the river where u can hear the river flowing from indoors, the inside is clean and well setup where everything is easy to find. The only slightly annoying part was the walk back to the cabin from the outdoor shower would end up redirtying my feet because there’s no path but other than that it’s a great location and great place. Definitely worth it and I definitely would go again.

Franco's place was just as pictured and exactly what we hoped for. The location is amazing for access to local hikes and not far from littleton or north woodstock for a local food. Franco was also very proactive with communication and gave lots of good tips.

This was an amazing place to stay while enjoying the fall weather in Vermont. The location was very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees and across the road from the Connecticut River. Waterford itself doesn’t have much going on (which I liked!) but St. Johnsbury and Littleton are within 15-20min and have everything you need. The house was beautifully updated with all amenities needed for a comfortable autumn week, including a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry machines, fireplace, and a lovely screened porch + front deck to enjoy the weather. The bedrooms were comfortable and bright, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask since the windows didn’t have curtains. I loved the member-only area - it was worth the extra cost for the river access with private beach and boats/SUPs. I only went on my final day, but I wish I had spent every evening down on the dock by the river to watch the sunset! Overall I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet
