Monthly Rentals in Batavia

We had a nice time, it was comfortable, beautiful surroundings, felt peaceful and safe. Barbara was very friendly and responsive to help us when needed.

The apartment and its location were excellent. Spacious inside. Hardwood floors in living/dining area. Peaceful balcony (I stayed on the second floor). The bedroom was my favorite--comfortable bed and cozy environment. Beautiful, quiet street--as advertised. You are located near the police and fire stations, so you hear sirens periodically. The hosts were superb. They responded quickly and effectively to all questions. They were flexible and understanding. I would consider staying here again Only issue is parking, as noted in other reviews. You will share a garage with the other tenant, but it is difficult for both cars to fit. There is parking along the neighborhood street, though spots may be filled depending on time of day. (I was lucky as the other tenant parked exclusively on the street). This unpredictability in terms of parking is the only hiccup for an otherwise outstanding living experience.

Awesome place, I would definitely stay here again. Very clean and had everything you would need in the kitchen. Also very spacious. Cool town to explore.

Overall, a great stay! Close to shopping and food, 35 minutes to the city. We were there over Christmas and arrived to a tree in the main living space, this was an added surprise. Nice space for a large family. We usually travel with a baby gate but did not this time. There is a staircase in the main living area that needed to be blocked off. Definitely plan to stay again.
