We had a very pleasant stay — the accommodation was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The setting was quiet and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring.

The flat has a lot of charm. We felt very good. It is perfect for a family with children and a dog. The house is in a quiet village where it smells like flowers. In the apartment is everything you need, the host has cold drinks and food waiting for us in the refrigerator. That was just great. Everything you need is in the kitchen, the terrace is wonderful. Free parking nearby. Thank you for having us as your guests.

Fabio was very accommodating, welcomed us warmly and gave many tips for La Spezia and surroundings. The apartment is very modern, clean and well equipped, e.g. to cook for yourself. About the location: Coming from the highway, the apartment is easily accessible by car ~ Parking is almost right outside the door. Downtown La Spezia can be easily reached during the day by public transport (bus and train). We would come back.
