We really liked the house — it’s two stories. The initial welcome was very warm. Later on as well, Francesco was very responsive whenever I had a question. One thing that stood out was how clean the kitchen utensils were — everything was spotless. The house has two air conditioners. There’s also a lovely dining table at the entrance area, perfect for enjoying a meal.

We had four very nice days at Monica's house. The place is very quaint, a real old Tuscan cottage. You will find everything you need, it is a good mix between old and new. Monica is easily accessible and is available with tips and information.

It was just unbelievably beautiful at Elisa's. The accommodation is furnished with an incredible amount of love. We would have preferred to have stayed much longer. The terrace and the panorama are absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be back

Wonderful house in a spectacular location. Full kitchen, functional, with all possible appliances and above all thoroughly CLEAN. Rooms upstairs overlooking Viareggio, large bathrooms, well-kept furnishings, lots of towels available, all very clean. You can see that it was a house inhabited and well thought out and not arranged/built only for rent. One of the few places I'd be happy to come back.
