Monthly Rentals in Ballwin

The house was well stocked and well labeled. We use the kitchen a lot and it had what we needed with newer appliances. The lower level with pool table and darts was nice to enjoy in the evenings with our college age daughter. Castlewood State Park is less than 5 minutes away if you like to hike. We were able to park our vehicle inside the garage (using provided door remote), which was nice especially when storms were predicted. This house was a nice home base to return to each day after exploring St. Louis. In case you, like me, did not realize from the photos, when you enter the front door, there are two small flights of steps on your right, one down to the lower level and one up to the main level with the living room, kitchen and bedrooms. I appreciated the more forgiving refund policy compared to other choices, for peace of mind. Lastly Nathan was very responsive and friendly. We would stay here again!

Dawn was a great hostess. went above and beyond when we wanted to grill out. House was a perfect location and fit for our needs. I recommend Dawn and her home.

Our stay with Barb and Ken was great! We stayed the weekend with our toddler and it was the perfect family friendly stay! We didn’t have to pack anything hardly! Our son loved playing there. The space was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. We will stay again in the future!

Our stay was during a home remodel in the area. My husband and I are expecting a baby soon and I was able to be comfortable in this condo! The neighbors were friendly, but sometimes they made noise throughout the night and their dogs did bark when people are coming or going. The tenants in the building also partake in smoking weed which wasn’t a problem because we used air fresheners to cover the scent. Otherwise, the conditions were great and clean! Kalina was very kind and a pleasure to work with. She allowed an extension when necessary at the end of our stay. Ballwin/Manchester Rd area is convenient for any needs for a long extended stay.
