Three night business stay in a real home from home. Really comfortable, quiet and well equipped for my stay.

Wonderful two-night stay with very welcoming and friendly hosts. As if we've known each other forever. Discreet. Always taking care of us. The layout of the house, however, leaves us each our privacy. The allocated lunch area is very well organized, well stocked and with everything you need at your disposal. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. We slept like babies. The small village of Kinross allowed us to easily explore the surroundings. We recommend this accommodation two hundred percent.

I would highly recommend Karen’s place. It is 18 miles from Edinburgh. 1 mile away from local train station which is 15 minutes walk from there. Flat itself was clean and had all the basics for cooking. Has a shop just around the corner. Which has got almost everything and closes at 9 pm.

Thank you for such a lovely stay at the cottage, we didn’t want to leave and there was plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. The cottage was decorated to a high standard, with a fully equipped kitchen , loved sitting on the window seat. A lovely little shop around the corner and pub within walking distance with good food.
