Monthly Rentals in Ballast Point

The view over the water from the deck was amazing on the non-rainy days! The place was easy to find after our first attempt (which was at night during the rain). The second bedroom was a bit small but since it was only needed for sleeping, it was ok. It was quiet and peaceful and the people we saw occasionally were very friendly. The location is great, equally spaced between downtown Manteo and Nags Head. We wish we could have spent more time there aside from the conference we were attending.

This property is exactly as described and as the pictures show. It is lovely inside and out. It is extremely clean and well appointed. The off street parking allowed more than enough room for our Yukon XL. The neighborhood is very quaint and felt very safe. Gia, the host, responded to my late day request to stay at the property very promptly. When we travel to this area in the future we will seek out this property again for our stay.

Loved our stay on the Love Boat! It was quiet and peaceful, and very clean! Instructions provided by Gia were perfect and the clubhouse perks were a plus! We will be visiting again so next time we can take advantage of the pool and kayaks during our stay.

Great condo to stay at for charter fishing leaving from Shallowbag Bay Marina. Condo was exceptional clean and spacious. Will definitely be booking again.
