As beautiful and peaceful as described. Our family enjoyed this comfortable oasis in the heart of Balboa Island. A few short steps from restaurants, market and shops. Can’t wait to return!

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful weekend rental! The unit itself was modern, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The location couldn’t be better — close to the beach, shops, and plenty of great food spots. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, which made our stay even better. One thing to note: this is the unit in the back of the property, not the front, which was a bit confusing at first, but once we found it, everything was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and stylish place to stay!

This house is in an amazing spot. Restaurants and bars are close by. Walkable to the beach. I loved the automation in the house and everything was how it was described. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Robert and his family offers a great home located on Balboa Island that is next to the boardwalk. Enjoy moments at kid friendly beaches, watch families pass by on their boats or paddle boarding. The area is very quiet and Robert and his family were so accommodating to every need. We would definitely love to visit this location again!

Fantastic stay at the Marvel house!! It was amazing with such great theming, lots to do, great scavenger hunt, and a super host! You must stay here and the grand kids loved the arcade games, heated pool, and movie room,etc…too much to mention….

Our family’s stay was lovely. This quintessentially classic Balboa Island house felt like home away from home — comfortable, warm and inviting, cozy and quaint … yet spacious, too. We were all thrilled to have plenty of elbow room. Excellent location on little Balboa Island made parking super easy, plus the main walk-around area was truly a quick, easy stroll away. Appreciated the kitchen/baths being well stocked with basic supplies and essential equipment. Host communication was superb. Five stars!!!

Great stay! There is everything you could possibly need for a beach stay. Pam was so helpful and had lots of good suggestions. The location was perfect. Just a block and a half from the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. Bed was super comfy and the space was perfect. Didn’t use the patio much but that also was a nice addition. Will def be staying again!!

Roger was an excellent host. He communicated great and his home had everything you’d need for the beach. The beach house was in a great location with everything you need in walking distance. Thanks Roger and Family.

We had the best time in this little gem of an apartment. Located in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood of Aliso Viejo with direkt access to trails, a good connection to the freeway and only few minutes by car to beautiful Laguna Beach. Cari is an exceptional host, very thoughtful and attentive whilst always being mindful of everyone’s privacy. The unit sits tucked away in the lush and green backyard of the main property and allows for a quiet stay and feeling of safety and calm. The unit is fairly small with a tiny kitchenette, but offers everything one can need to handle daily life. Very thoughtfully equipped to make the most of every square foot, clean and high end appliances. Highly recommend this place - whether that’s for vacation or for seeking a temporary home.

Must stay! This was so conveniently close distance to everything near Huntington Beach. Terry was so responsive, checking in throughout our stay to make sure we were enjoying everything. We will definitely be coming back!!

Great place to stay. Walking distance to the beach was 2 min. Great amenities for the beach and great assortment of bikes. Loved the beach chairs and umbrellas. Place was very clean. Definitely would stay there again.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!

The place is so peaceful and steps away from the beach. As other reviewers have mentioned, can hear the sound of the waves from the space. Sheryl is awesome and responsive. The apartment itself is so clean and well-equipped.

This place was very nice. The building was amazing and I enjoyed all the antique qualities about it and the friendly tenants. There were so many extra touches left for us. Close to everything, but that also meant that it was very loud at night until things settled. We were there on a long weekend though. I would stay there again without hesitation. The team stayed at a hotel and this beat it by far. Megan was amazing and responded within minutes. so, so nice!

Fantastic place to stay, helpful instructions from the host, impeccably clean and a perfect location for us, as we wanted to be able to visit both LA and San Diego so being between the two made it so easy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay around orange!
