It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Located in a beautiful historic neighborhood, on a quiet street shaded by oak trees. Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center are only 10 minutes away. The Honda Center and Anaheim Stadium 5 minutes. The beaches are an easy 20 minute drive. Excellent restaurants and shopping are abundant. Freestanding cozy but spacious CASITA in relaxing unique backyard within walking distance to the lively "Plaza of Orange", a fun outdoor dining/shopping/antiquing area in Old Town Orange. We are close to Chapman University, 2 malls, outlets, parks, freeways. Disneyland is a 12 minute drive. There is lots of free street parking. Before or after a fun day sightseeing enjoy our relaxing backyard! Friends are allowed but no parties please. Occasionally two Dachsie girls may stop by to say HI!

Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!
