Holiday rentals with a patio in Balboa Island

Fantastic apartment and host! Everything was exactly as advertised and clean. I appreciated all of the detailed communication prior to check-in to ensure that went smoothly. Any questions or issues were addressed fast. If I'm in the area again, I know exactly where I'll be staying.

Great spot in the heart of Laguna. Walkable to most everything (especially the beaches). Easy to hit the road too for other parts of Orange County and beyond. Comfy place, would stay again. Thanks Doug

It would be hard to find a better location in Long Beach—one that’s walking distance to the beach and the best restaurants in town. The property and neighborhood had charm. The space was as described and perhaps even more spacious than anticipated. One of the more kind and responsive owners I’ve encountered. Would rent again!

Will was a very responsive host and had great recommendations for the area. Just be aware that since this is an attached space to the next-door neighbors, the sound from upstairs is a bit prominent like footsteps/loud sound. Couple of knick knacks like the shower door and fridge door were to be fixed, but that was acknowledged to be repaired. Otherwise, I would love to stay here again.

It’s was a wonderful time , lovely and quite and chill time, and perfect location from downtown and the late night spots definitely recommend staying here😇

This place was perfect for our family! My husband always has a difficult time sleeping away from home, but he didn’t have trouble sleeping here! The beds are super comfortable, along with the linens, pillows, etc. We were able to get great use out of the wagon and boogie boards. I loved the location; we walked to the beach in under 10min, walked to the grocery store, and of course my husband enjoyed his morning walk to Starbucks every morning. The kitchen had a beautiful gas stove where we enjoyed cooking every night. Greg, I can’t thank you enough for our best family trip yet!!!

Yvonne was responsive, proactive and super clear with instructions. I felt welcome straight away. The place was clean and it was lovely to have a private space outside. Location was perfect and walking distance to everything in HB. Wonderful experience and host.

Me and my wife turned Katherine’s home into our home for the weekend and we couldn’t have been more grateful we chose this house. It was VERY beautiful and is kept in great condition. The host made sure everything was provided and throughly explained. The space worked AMAZING for anyone looking to entertain family and friends. We found out the house is well known in the neighborhood for its beautiful Christmas lights from several neighbors. We were extremely honored to represent this house for a few days, and would highly recommend to anyone visiting seal beach/ Long Beach.

Definitely would stay again! Very clean and well appointed. I’ve rented a lot of places on the peninsula when visiting my mom at her assisted living. This was the most elegant and comfortable. The only issues I can think of were the absence of a how-to manual (we never could figure out how to use the overhead fans or perhaps they were broken) and the sound quality of the living room tv speaker is very tinny.

We enjoyed our stay. Great host, always replied quickly, and kindly accommodated check-in and check-out requests. Thank you!

Great place walkable to beach and I recommend Cassidy’s for a good time drinks and food

It is lovely house that perfectly fit all 9 of our family members. We had plenty of room to cook, eat, and hang out. It is a great location across from yummy and very catering Mexican restaurant and just up the street is the ferry to take across the water to the fun zone. It is also in walking distance to Balboa’s Main Street with restaurants and shops. We had so much fun, that we want to go again!!

We had an amazing stay! The resort offered so many activities, beautiful pools, and was just steps from the ocean. Everything was gorgeous, both inside and out. The room was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. Bethany was wonderful — easy to communicate with, very helpful, and always responsive. Any small needs we had were quickly taken care of by the resort staff as well. It was truly a perfect vacation. We would absolutely love to come back!

It was a lovely location and very nice place. My husband commented on how large it was. It had everything we needed and lots of room. We brought our toys that easily stored in the garage, but there was also toys in there so not sure we needed to bring it all. The view out the front window was amazing and I loved the neighborhood in the early morning - quiet, peaceful with the kids all riding their bikes to school! If you are a techy, the WIFI was not strong - had to go to back patio for good reception. The only negative was the neighbors who came in Friday night - they did not honor the quiet hours of 11:00pm to 8:00am. We called the property manager the next morning who stated they would let them know, but it happened again the next night and we had to go over and ask them to quiet down. They did quiet down immediately the second night. We were there with our grandchildren who are four and 5 weeks old so the late night volume was something we were hoping to avoid.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful location for a friend’s wedding and loved every moment of it. The Host was easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions. The views of the mountains and being close to most things was great but most importantly 13 mins away from the wedding venue was a plus! The unit is a pictured and we would love to stay again when we come back!

Our stay was wonderful thanks to our amazing host! He was incredibly kind and welcoming, and his hospitality really stood out. Even when we had a few issues on our end, he was quick to respond and more than willing to help. The area also felt really safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout the trip. It made our stay so much smoother and more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here—thank you again for everything!

We really enjoyed staying here! The waterfalls and garden area that the balcony overlooks were a beautiful surprise. The complex was quiet and Jeffrey checked in each night we stayed to ensure everything was meeting our expectations!

Beautiful place, steps from the beach, walkable shops, coffee shops, restaurants galore! Joan and Joe were excellent responsive hosts. Highly recommend both Newport Beach and Joan and Joe’s place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!

Rebecca was a wonderful, very accommodating, and mindful host! She has created a very vibrant and colorful yet comfortable environment in the Air B&B and made it definitely worth the stay! She made check-in and check-out very easy and even recommended some great local spots! The place is beautifully decorated and in a great location in laguna Niguel. Highly recommend! :) 10/10! Gold stars! Thumbs up!

We loved the location and how close it was to eveetything. Nicole was also really great host and super responsive! If you can check this bnb out its worth it!
